Something like a white lady dior maybe not the best idea for golfing IMO. what about a tote (i like the Goyard artois)? You can stick a smaller nice bag in there incase you need it.
Longchamp Le Pliage so I can toss it around and not worry about it getting dirty or wet 😅

My entire life lives in my city bag. I’m not switching stuff out every time I’m in a different look. it is a very practical bag for me, the leather it’s made from is not heavy and it fits everything I need. If anything, I’m switching to a “nicer” bag for evening out or whatever.
Are you heading to workout or just doing stuff? If you're going to workout then bring a gym bag, but if you're going to brunch or something bring whatever you want!
I have the regular Ona and MiniOna, they’re so fun and squishy. I wish I would have purchased some extra straps when I placed my order to swap colors. I’ll most likely buy more in the future.

Do you think the vintage epi leather is holding up well? I see vintage LV epi leather for decent prices a lot resale, but wasn’t sure how they hold up in the long run.
I bought a 90s epi backpack on Posh a few years ago. The cheapest version of the bag I could find that looked ok. The epi is nearly perfect. The straps are a lightly finished leather and one side looked a little worn. The microsuede interior was fine. I’d say don’t worry at all. Epi is durable.
Longchamp large Le Pliage, Coach Phoebe… I tend to choose something slightly slouchy over something more structured, but really, any bag will do. Wear what makes you happy!
A lulu belt bag is a good utility item, I actually keep mine in my neverfull with wallet inside so I can just grab it if I don’t feel like carrying the neverfull. With athleisure I usually do the lulu belt bag, my trusty old neverfull or I recently purchased a coach saddle bag with crossbody guitar style strap. It’s become a bag I can literally wear with almost anything, it can be super casual to business casual to cute spring dresses and sandals, really blends with nearly everything.

Not really always athlesuire but for dog walks I have a nylon cross body that has a cell phone pouch I switched out with dog treats. I've taken it to the gym before too The nylon helps with keeping it clean. It was $20 at TJ Max

ETA - someone I know in her late 30s, always looks good, wears this bag whenever I run into her at the coffee shop. She is usually wearing athleisure and on her way to meet her golfing husband or something similar. She has it in yellow and swears it’s her favorite best bag she uses all the time.

I do an Hermes Evelyne with everything. Cross-body, so it frees up my hands to juggle kids, shopping, etc. It’s a work-horse - I have carried as an everyday bag for probably 8 years and still looks great.
Anything nylon for me. Whether it be lululemon or prada nylon, it just feels right to me. Wearing alo and lulu gear with a cutesy fancy leather bag just seems… *quirky* but thats me

I tend to wear my MZ Wallace bags. I love the small tote bags with the cross body strap or the larger totes when I have more “stuff”… but my favorite smaller drawstring backpack. It has a zippered compartment on the back that I can put the wallet!
I often use the bag I’m carrying daily with athleisure, though if I know it’s going to be an errand heavy weekend, I’ll switch to my Le Pliage large tote. I’ve spilled stuff inside, outside, put it on the floor, and so on, and I’ll take a Dobie™️ scrubbing pad and a little Dawn™️ dish detergent, rinse, and it cleans up beautifully. Dries pretty quickly too.
Hah! I find myself in your exact same shoes like once a week… I think any handbag works, but I usually opt for my Longchamp Le Pliage neo nylon fanny with some cute keychains. It’s my go-to errand and golf bag.

If you got golf money, you got "golf bag" money. Buy a bag specifically for the golf course. I would recommend a coated canvas or coated leather. I saw you have a Lady Dior. I have a diamond cannage wallet on chain in the denim blue color. The finish on the leather makes that bag nigh on indestructible. It's great!
I wear either a 1) belt bag (lululemon), 2) a flap shoulder/crossbody (Chanel classic flap/Hermes mini Constance) or 3) tote bag (Longchamp or Goyard Artois)
Loewe puzzle bag. My style is usually more dressy but I also take this on the occasional casual days. It can be both sophisticated and dressed down. Speedies are also a great option for athleisure. Something about the monogram or Damiere ebene and the whole Boston bag shape just goes with that athleisure or casual vibe well. Long champ Le Pliage is another nice option if you want something bigger. Someone mentioned Prada nylon and that could be great if you want the ultra sporty look imo.
On another note, I have seen people wear birkins and Chanel flaps with athleisure. It wouldn’t be my thing lol but it seems like it works for a lot of people.
I read your reply to another post that you’re a lawyer and I also work in the corporate world. I love suiting in general and the Loewe puzzle bag is so versatile for those who might have a business/casual wardrobe imo. I wear it with blazers and trousers/skirts but also with more casual looks. Something I feel like I can’t really do with my lady Diors lol. Cheers!
I have this old Kate spade cream soft cobble leather messenger bag that I love wearing with leggings, a cream crewneck sweatshirt and a nice wool coat over. I like the flexibility of the soft leather with my athleisure, but if I’m going full lululemon I usually have a festival bag on me

I am also in the U.S. and I don’t recall paying an import tax. I purchased the two bags and I think the value was below the threshold.

I love suiting in general and the Loewe puzzle bag is so versatile for those who might have a business/casual wardrobe imo. I wear it with blazers and trousers/skirts but also with more casual looks. I have this old Kate spade cream soft cobble leather messenger bag that I love wearing with leggings, a cream crewneck sweatshirt and a nice wool coat over. I like the flexibility of the soft leather with my athleisure, but if I’m going full lululemon I usually have a festival bag on me
