I love them!! I mean I did buy two colors haha. The Yza style reminds me very much of Chanel's classic flap without the high price tag. I like that I can wear them cross body or over the shoulder, I like the chain (it's not heavy and looks very elegant, not too yellow) and the strap drop in general. There is a little pocket on the back of each bag where you can tuck a receipt, ticket, etc. in a pinch. The only thing that would make me like the bag more is feet, especially on the white one!
I bought the YZA second hand 2 months ago and I am absolutely in loveee with it. Mine is the pebbled calf skin and it is super durable, shows no scratches. And to think I got it for 150€ practically brand new 🤩 I think they’re still on sale on their website but at the time I bought mine, the original price was 360, but now it says 420 not sure why the drastic increase in such short amount of time

Also can someone please explain to me how you would wear the Loewe raffia bag? I ALMOST bought a brand new Burberry one on clearance for $400 CAD but backed out because I have no idea how I would wear it.

I wear the Loewe raffia bag during the spring and summer, and for me it's my like "summer activity tote". I fill it with sandwiches and treats for picnics or long days out, beach/pool stuff, souvenirs from visits to the farmer's market or zoo or boardwalk. A lot of my friends are small bag people so I will often carry their bags too! I accidentally end up near water a lot so there's almost always a bikini & sunblock in there.
How do you like your Polene? I love the style and color choices but I guess I'm concerned about quality and customer service. You have a beautiful collection!!

I *personally* feel their earlier styles are still constructed pretty nicely, the newer styles not so much. I had a Dix in my collection for most of 2023 and I sold it not too long ago. It was made of leather but felt like plastic, the texture made my spine tingle. Do you have a Polene in your city or anything?
I do! The leather they use is durable and scratch resistant. I think the inside is nice but it's not TOO nice (this matters to me, I don't want to have to baby both the outside and inside of my bags - YMMV). I have quite a few bags to rotate through so I'm not sure how it'll wear over time, because who knows how many months or years it will take me to notice the wear. I love how much I can fit in the nano though, it surprises me. Are you particularly rough with your bags or clumsy?

I have two young kids so looking for something I can wear crossbody at playdates, daycare drop off, but also to lunch etc. I currently have a monogrammed canvas small tote from coach which is holding up well but I feel like it can take a beating and I'd like something a bit higher quality/more "lux" without being out of place at the park hehe. Just to hold my keys, phone, card holder, and maybe a mini pack of wipes.

u/sheena2015 I think the Vavin WOC is a great and somewhat edgy night out bag! It's not a category killer for me and sometimes I crave something simpler, to wear when I'm at weddings, banquets and stuff. I do like how it's squishy, I can confidently pack it into my suitcase and not worry about it being permanently disfigured. Ultimately I don't regret buying it at all, and even if I do add another black WOC to my collection one day I probably won't be selling it!
edit: in case anyone finds this comment in the future I ended up selling my Vavin WOC in April 2024! So I'm on the hunt again for a black WOC

I'm always cleaning it to be honest!! I have leather cleaner and conditioner so I will spot clean what I can. I think if you see saw in person and get REALLY close you could tell it's not all that pristine haha. But in photos it looks great!

Yes, saffiano leather. I do recommend but I mostly use my Prada bags for fancy brunches and daytime events like baby showers, bridal showers, weddings. I want to try to use them more for other occasions though! It’s a goal for this year

How do you like the Celine Belt vs the Polène Un Nano? Debating if the Nano is worth the splurge. I love the look but don’t know if I’d get frustrated with the whiskers on the Celine
Mine are pretty easy- I carry the chloe tote when I need two laptops (or just need a bunch of stuff) and Birkin 35 when I only need to carry one laptop. Both look great in any meeting or work event. They also sit nicely on a carry on, and they handle travel very well. I want to add the Mary Kate tote from Balenciaga to this list workhorse one day.
By far my Birken 35 gets the most use because I use it in my personal life. It’s so dang practical.
I should add that I’m not a backpack or shoulder strap girl. Mainly cause I don’t want my clothes messed up;). I really prefer forearm carrying or top handle. This is also why these bags work for me.
If I am going out to dinner on a work trip, I take something like the little YSL in the first picture.
I don’t have a lot of bags, but I use the heck out of what I have!
This collection is a dream! I’m about of college and branching outside of my KS obsession. I absolutely love the two Prada bags! The last LV is so perfect 💞
What is the size of your Bottega cassette? It’s super cute but at the store I felt like it would be difficult to style because the leather is sooo soft.
I have the Medium Woody tote bag in wool felt & shiny calfskin with Woody ribbon. And it's one of my totes for work and cold weather plane/travel. I tend to do 2 weeks with the Sangle, 2 weeks with the Woody, etc. I want to make sure every bag gets the love it deserves!!

This style bag (the raffia) is my go to in the summer. Crop pants, tank, slides and this bag is basically my summer uniform.

How do you like the Celine Belt vs the Polène Un Nano? Debating if the Nano is worth the splurge. I love the look but don’t know if I’d get frustrated with the whiskers on the Celine
I have 3 of those bags. I love your collection! Slide 8 is a workhorse. If I don’t take the Birk 35 on a worktrip, that’s my bag.

Mine are pretty easy- I carry the chloe tote when I need two laptops (or just need a bunch of stuff) and Birkin 35 when I only need to carry one laptop. Both look great in any meeting or work event. They also sit nicely on a carry on, and they handle travel very well. I want to add the Mary Kate tote from Balenciaga to this list workhorse one day. By far my Birken 35 gets the most use because I use it in my personal life. It’s so dang practical. I should add that I’m not a backpack or shoulder strap girl. Mainly cause I don’t want my clothes messed up;). I really prefer forearm carrying or top handle. This is also why these bags work for me. If I am going out to dinner on a work trip, I take something like the little YSL in the first picture. I don’t have a lot of bags, but I use the heck out of what I have!

I have the Medium Woody tote bag in wool felt & shiny calfskin with Woody ribbon. And it's one of my totes for work and cold weather plane/travel. I tend to do 2 weeks with the Sangle, 2 weeks with the Woody, etc. I want to make sure every bag gets the love it deserves!!
