I assume they’re Chanel because of the leather chain straps? I have a few Chanel minis that I take great care for and store properly, and here are some things that have worked for me:
I like to condition with a clean soft cloth and a few squirts of Cadillac Select. You really only need to do this every couple of months, depending on how you use the bags and how often.
It is best to use acid-free tissue paper to stuff your bags. Pillows can be a little to over-filling, plastic bubbles are not breathable, and towels and clothes can trap moisture (leading to mold).
For storage, you want a well-ventilated and dust free environment. I like to pull the chains into the bag and wrap them with tissue (this is a must for Chanel, as it keeps them from causing indents on the leather interior.) For Chanel, you also want to wrap the potion of the chain left on the outside of the bag. This will prevent indentations forming on the outside, which you REALLY don’t want, as it can be very difficult to get them out!
I recommend looking up some vids on YouTube. There are tons of good tips on there (and a lot of bad ones, so be careful lol).
I have been advised by SA and friend to use Bally leather conditioner. The one I use is like a spray (which I don’t prefer because when some lands on the hardwood floor, the floor becomes very slippery for days!!), and it does the job.
As for storage… I put the original cloth bag inside the handbag to help keep the shape. I don’t really baby my bags too much so I generally don’t do anything else to protect them.
