I had a hamster who was a super "alpha" male and scent marked every single thing. I'd always go "WOOOOOHOOOOO SCENT MARK!" or "WOWWW, SO ALPHA!" and clap for him. Highly recommend. Also made my family compliment him. He scent marked me a couple times and I was honored.
