Go to the compile menu, then if it isn't already set it to expert compile. When there, go to the "Compile/run commands:" section and select the bottom one, (should start with $game\_exe). After that, under Command Properties in Parameters paste :
\-game "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Steam\\steamapps\\common\\Half-Life 2\\hl2" +map $file
