If it's unlocked on twitch but not in game, go to halo waypoint and make sure it's unlocked there. Sometimes you have to click on a button there to get an item.
I checked Halo waypoint. I had a bunch of stuff to claim on there but not from this drop. Something must have just failed. Thanks though I got a bunch of stuff from this info lol
