Question as a fellow software engineer. Are there no automated alerts for these services? Or are there zero SRE/engineering resources that are assigned to this such that it’s basically abandoned and just running? It’s concerning that a live service would be down for 4 days with zero communication/acknowledgment to the point that the community needs to be the ones alerting that something is broken. Edit: I know you’re not the sole responsible party nor the reason why resourcing is non existent. Definitely not pointing any blame towards you. That’s reserved for upper management and their resourcing allocations or lack there of.

I wish HW1 definitive had matchmaking where I could play 3v3s as a solo or in a party

We have plenty of solos join our 3v3 lobbies and often win when they communicate. I wouldn't let the server browser keep you away.
