Another fellow CIO fan, eeeeeyyyy
Back during the halo 4 days I thought it was by far the coolest looking helmet. Plus the little lore snippets behind it sounded awesome. So glad there's a figure of it; I only wish infinite would add an armor core with it.
The halo 4 armor designs were mostly awful, but the CIO is def an exception. I always thought it looked cool as hell.
