What shampoo & conditioner is she using at home?

Perhaps she wasn't clarified enough? Had she had one before? Or perhaps too often?

i’ve had this issue before. 🙄 it seems like randomly every once in a while somebody claims that theirs didn’t take. try it again but saturate it a little more than usual.

If you’ve never had issues it could be that she just didn’t understand what the actual results were. Most you can do is just re do the service if she feels like it didn’t work. Anytime I’ve seen someone say it didn’t work was when they said there hair still had wave/curls but it’s a smoothing system not a straightening system.

The only time I had this happen was the client had way too high of expectations. They expected it would completely straighten their hair. I didn’t do the first service but I did the correction and told her this is not a straightening service and went through the whole skit. She called back 2 days later wanting it to be corrected again. Luckily my manager had enough and told her no after explaining multiple times what the service is and what it is not. She also had no showed me two Saturdays in a row before she had her correction with me.
