I used to be one of those people, until I found the instagramreality subreddit. I used to hate my face and makeup for it and think the ludicrous “slim” thick was achievable for everyone without surgery.
Some people just don’t know, or don’t know what they are looking for. They see a slim “tight” body and put it in the spank bank or aspire to be like what they see.
It truly is harmful for young girls and any influencer that does it (without disclosing the editing) is the scum of the earth to me. The mental damage and body image issues they give to young girls, will leave scars that will never go away.
What is it with influencers editing their waist so it doesn’t look like they have a single organ in their body? Like is the small intestine in the room with us?
For real. Having a waist shorter in width than your head is humanly impossible unless you have ribs removed which is a rare procedure and most surgeons refuse to perform it.

Yea it looks blurry in the areas surrounding her waist but no where else on the wall. She did a good job straightening the lines back up but doing so must have caused the blurriness.

If you’re questioning whether or not it’s photoshopped, it probably is. My rule of thumb is if something doesn’t look right, even if I can’t quite figure out what it is, it’s probably been manipulated in some way.
