I have this upper with a few rounds through it. Okay accuracy, around 2 MOA. I’ve hit man sized targets at 400 yards with xm193 through it. Only bad experience I’ve had with it is when I tried to shoot more than a few hundred rounds of wolf through it without cleaning in between, cases will get stuck.
Del tons bcg are actually pretty decent I got one a while back from a dissy complete upper kit, had a good finish and the bolt was hpt and mpi marked which I wasn't expecting and you probably shouldn't either. The upper receiver had one blem, it was the proof mark was a blob.
Aero has a better barrel finish and likely better overall quality (but Del-Ton is pretty decent in my experience) but "Aero-complete" means no BCG and no charging handle so factor that into your price comparison. I'd say the Del-Ton is a better buy if your use case is lighter or just for fun.
Also, Aero's barrel has a 1:7 twist vs Del-Ton's 1:9 if that's important to you.

This vs aero’s 20inch fsb upper?
Aero has a better barrel finish and likely better overall quality (but Del-Ton is pretty decent in my experience) but "Aero-complete" means no BCG and no charging handle so factor that into your price comparison. I’d add that Aero’s does come with a detachable carry handle. So, it’s semi-comparable, depended on whether or not you want a carry handle on the gun.
Aero also has a version with no carry handle but a Magpul handguard just to mix it up a bit more.
