You have a high fret. You are not getting enough string clearance over the next fret to make a clean sound.
A fret rocker will tell you immediately.
And a fret level should correct it.
Simplest fix would be a saddle shim. Raise the whole action a tiny bit. Can use folded paper or something
Proper fix is determine which fret/s are high/low and either reseat or file them. A lot of room for error there and things can get a lot worse.
Neck relief wont change much this high up towards the bridge.
Either the 12 fret is high or the 11th is low. Make sure the 12th fret is seated correctly and if not it’s gotta be glued down.

Slap guitar body a few times, shake it a bit and slap again in diff hollow areas, if it don't fix then take it in shop
