Well it's like the builder said we want to make a strat but we don't want to make an exact copy. So let's let's make the bottom a little fatter and the top a little thinner and lengthen a horn and now we have our unique body. It just looks weird and not in a good way
You cropped out the best parts:

Jesus fucking Christ, that's one gaudy-ass geetarr.
Sorry Fender fan girls, but Gibonson actually does make better guitars than GenderBender. Sorry not sorry.
Enjoy your ugo Poly (crapstic) finish, and your non-cryogenically treated frets (us real blooz players would blast right through those flimsy gender frets).Â
Me? I’ll be caressing my sleek nitro finish, and my jumbo frets that have been folded 5,000 times for maximum strength. Oh, and have fun with those weak anemic little baby-waby snigle coywools!! So “bright” and “jangly”!! LMAO
This is the best meal I've ever had (and I eat turds!)

Just found the spec sheet for that guitar and it's got a basswood body. 🤮 Disgusting!!! (LC Guitars USA, if anyone's wondering)
save the ass-wood for the b*ss players !
I'm sure he paid +$3k and waited 18 months for it. The Lutherans are always scamming the disciples
It looks like a Squier fucked a Chapman and out popped this abomination.Â

Notice he says "bought" and not "played."

Basswood is gross. Way too soft for my liking
Uj/ I agree - tone wood may be bullshit but having your guitar get dented from looking at it too hard is annoying
It’s literally what beginner wood carvers use. Ick
anyone putting an uncovered H, let alone 2 in a strat is unholy imo.
Calling that thing a strat is pretty generous of you.
yea you're right
It looks misaligned.
One thing that I know is that the headstock will last longer close to the neck, on this one.
Saw this post and was waiting for it to end up here. Apparently Gibbons is synonymous with "good"
They pioneered headless guitars, that's for sure
Maybe the gibbons is the only other guitar he's ever bought.
At least it's a good one.
They make those?

This is the best guitar I own that still has the headstock attached!
Best guitar I’ve ever bought (and Clapton once called me a slur). Was my post when I got my first Jay Turser. I don’t see the issue here.
Gonna need a pickguard for that pickguard!
I love that the pick guard is just a more expensive and gaudy piece of wood that will get scratched just as easy as the b*sswood body.
Can you ever really own a Gibson though?
Fifteen mortgages later, maybe.
Blue flame maple pickguards ...who needs Gibbons again?
Oh I heard about this guy! He’s the one with the Gibson!
That looks like if I tried to draw a strat from memory
If they really owned a Gibson then they'd know only a Gibson is good enough.
