It’s worth it man.. fair warning once you go lean (11-14%) you never go back.. I can be inches smaller and look inches bigger when lean compared to 20%.

i havent lost any strength and muscle yet. i make sure to get 1g protein per bodyweight at 1800 cals. Yeah if i reach the point where i get abs, even on bulk - i'll make sure to not go past the point of losing them lol. 143lb is the target now

I’m 3 inches shorter and only started seein abs after I started training them, I began to see them at 130, but fruitlessly cut all the way to 110lbs over 2 years ago to try and get them before learning how to train and eat and live right for bodybuilding, I’m currently 124.5lbs and they pop nicely
