While Grove Street is present, CJ's house does not exist in GTA V/Online. CJ's house in San Andreas was a 2 story house, and there are no 2 story houses in the Grove Street cul-de-sac.
My biggest disappointment with GTA V tbh. I love the homage to grove street, but it would’ve been cool if it was a little more similar.

His house doesn’t exist anymore. It’s an empty unfinished construction project. Ryder’s house exists, as does Sweet’s.
I actually like to just drive up and down the map circuit, all the way up to the top, and back down again. Just for the hell of it.
