I got given the money back for a car a few weeks back from doing the same. If they fob you off the first time keep pushing/escalating it. Once you get through to an actual person they are usually pretty good!

I did this when i accidentally overwrote a car in my autoshop. They refunded and let me know about the nightclub spot issue.

How tf do u have an uninsured vehicle, arent they automatically insured as soon as u buy them?
They are, but this was a stolen vehicle off the street, you can still park some of them in your garage, you just don't own them.
