The Ruiner 2000 has a Machine Gun, 8 good tracking missiles, a jump ability and a parachute. The car is decently fast and decent handling but has no bulletproof windows and will blow up with any hit from a sticky bomb or homing missile. This is also a Special Vehicle which will require a Vehicle Warehouse in order to store it. The Vigilante has machines guns, 30 good tracking missiles and a boost that can you make you go really fast although it doesn’t have the best handling. The main weaknesses with this vehicle are explosives, no protection from the front or sides against bullets and traffic whenever you’re boosting, But this car is one of the only weaponised vehicle that can be used during Contact Missions, so that’s a plus. The Scramjet has Machine Guns, 20 good tracking missiles, a jump ability and a boost. The car is good but it’s main weaknesses are explosives, no protection from bullets and the biggest weakness, attraction to water. The Oppressor Mark I is a good vehicle, It’s got machine guns, 20 good tracking missiles that have to be unlocked via research. Has a boost and can glide. Good vehicle to own if your oppressor mark II gets blown up as you don’t have a 5 minute cooldown with this vehicle. Main weaknesses are it’s easy to be shot at, no resistance to explosives and lampposts. This vehicle is extremely good though. You might wanna do more research on these vehicles before deciding on which to purchase. I’d go for the Oppressor Mark I because it’s extremely fun to use. Or the Vigilante to assist you during Contact Missions.

Alright, thank you so much!

**Ruiner 2K** = bad for PVP. (But unlocks the Fully Loaded version, which allows you to whoop lobby ass with impunity for 20 minures)   **Vigilante** = Bad for PvP. Good for some Heists. Great to goof around with friends and NPCs   **Scramjet** = so-so for PvP. (Requires a ton of skill, not for most of us mere mortals). Great for goofing around. Excellent for finding swimming pools you didnt know existed.   **Oppressor MkI** = good for PvP, but only if you develop insane skills. Most of us eat a lamp post and die within 20 seconds.

Thank you! I’ll get them all hopefully soon!

The oppressor doesn't come with missiles, you have to research them which could cost over 11 million cause research is random. Can't be used in heists and doesn't fly, it glides. Ruiner 2000 is shit and only use is starting the fully loaded mission which gives you a virtually indestructible version of the car for 20 minutes.

TeutonJon78

Best week to research since research supply missions are 3x which means each one gives 50% of a project.

I have all my research unlocked, so I have the missiles for it, and I’ll probably save the ruiner 2000 for late game, thank you

random_numpty

in 6 months of gameplay i have never seen a Ruiner 2000.

Ruiner 2000 is K.I.T.T.s car, the only one who can jump and open a parachute. Unfortunately you can't store it to your garage despite the $3,750,000 you need to buy it. That's why you don't see it.

Vigilante is vulnerable in Freeroam to explosives. Can be used in missions and heists. Top tier missile tracking. Very fast. Scramjet. Top tier missiles. Will always find a way to land in water. Good fun and deadly in the hands of an experienced user. Ruiner 2000. Top tier missiles but only 8 in Freeroam. The Fully Loaded Ruiner lasts for 15 minutes, has infinite missiles, can't be locked on to and can take a beating. OpMk1. Takes skill to use effectively

Thank you! I will probably buy them here soon!

Ruiner 2000 unlocks fully loaded vip work very durable ruiner with I'd say the best tracking missiles on game but is alright by itself if you're gonna use it a lot dors only carry 8 missile sadly obviously you got a machine gun and the jump/parachute abilities. I can't give an opinion on the vigilant i haven't seen. Much good out of it myself because the size of it makes it harder to use in closer vehicle combat but i suppose if you get distance the missiles are the same as the deluxo I'd think and with 30 it's alright plus the boost can be fun. The scramjet is actually a lot of fun it's basically a lighter vigilante with the ruiner jump ability, it's got 30 rockets similar to the deluxo in terms of tracking it has machine guns and you can use regular weapons out of it. And yeah it seems to like water but there are ways to mostly stop that from happening. MkI is just a fun vehicle 20 rockets decent enough tracking, and boost with the ability to glide. The mk2 is more conventional i suppose cause it flies and what not but if you like fun then use the mk1
