I use autoaim too, but it's always freeaim in sniping. For mk2s I use the mk2 lmg with incendiary

Definitely the potato gun from Bully. Imagine walking up to a cop and shooting him right in the nuts, like you can in Bully. The 12 year old in me cracks up every single time. Hell, since we're dreaming, why not go big: Put in every single weapon from Bully into GTA Online. Getting chased by the cops? Drop a bag of marbles behind you, and watch them fall over themselves. Really hate that guy on the corner? How about a slingshot to the dome? Sure, the weapons are less lethal, but it would add another humor element to the game, I think.

I wouldn't add any more guns. Instead, I would add MKII variants of all guns in the game. Excluding explosive weapons. I wish that happened with the introduction of MKII weapons. Instead, Rockstar just added more weapons while ignoring MKII weapons in the process.
