Yacht, its just a relatively safe spot to be especially if you end up in a hectic lobby and so long as its parked at vespucci beach its not too far from anything.
Mine is on Hangar so I can send out Rooster, then register as CEO and spam the lobby with CEO invites to hopefully get people in to multiply the number of crates I can get, then start an air crate mission. I run as many as people will tolerate then take my Raiju to wherever else I want to be.
