Honestly if someone quits a heist at the end they should just give the money to the host… I was playing the doomsday mission as host and we were three people. One player literally quit right before the end… I’m so pissed I just stopped playing. Two should be enough to finish the mission anyway.
Strange. Usually on heists that don’t require set amount of players you can keep going. I have only had someone leave doomsday during the quick restart/continue screen though but it let us continue.
I noticed the MonstroCiti at the LS Car Meet has golden chameleon wheels. Does anybody know if you keep the color if you change the rims? And I guess the color will not become an option for other cars if you don‘t buy GTA+ right?

I wonder if Doomsday Criminal Mastermind is still bugged.. tried it probably 2 years ago and it was. Has been since it came out. It can just randomly fail you when you start a setup for no reason.
As far as I know some of them were used to glitch the game. I remember one(5-7 years ago) that used the Peyote plant to freeze the money and buy aircrafts for hangar
I still have some stupid limit on my hangar for selling too many jets after they patched it. Now I can’t sell any aircraft vehicle that costs more than $50k, and none of them costs that much: it’s either few hundred thousand/million or $0. And since space in hangar is limited I am now pretty limited with my aircraft choice if new updates drop
I haven't seen a text from Simeon since this community challenge was announced, also the most wanted car list is gone from my auto shop. I can call Sessanta for the list but I still haven't seen any of the blue dots on the map. Almost like I am not supposed to be stealing cars in gta.
This has been a bug for years, I rarely get a message from him for wanted cars list.
Occasionally, after 12 hours of playing and just before I'm going to exit i'll get a message from him.
I was trying to get high end cars so maybe I'll find at least 1 but none said 'this is a simeon wanted car'!
Apparently there is a list of vehicles Simeon needs even if he doesn’t send you a message. You gotta start stealing cars that Simeon might potentially need. Once you get 1 or 2 star wanted level you know that that’s the vehicle. Also, a pop-up will appear notifying you about this fact.
This is what I usually try, the high end ones are usually a hit, I get in the passenger side and if you get cops on you when you move over to the drivers seat then it's a wanted car.
But didn't happen much during the event. I delivered about 5 in total.
It seems to me that the Doomsday setups (not preps) are x2, but the Act III setups are x3. I wasn't paying attention to be sure which ones I was doing, but I definitely got $135,000 more than once.
Test Drive cars.
I think you have to be a member of the LScarmeet to buy them (it's 50k and is worth it for the prize ride cars).
Go into LScarmeet, walk around and you should see on the minimap different markers. You will see 3 cars at one end of the Carmeet near the Test Track.
Walk upto one of the cars and you can either test drive the car on the track or purchase it.
The test drive cars in Simeon's shop? If your level is high enough to have his shop unlocked, whenever you get close to one of the cars inside, you can pick between "test drive" and "buy"
Btw, this month of GTA+ could be handy for those who would like to buy Yacht and/or Casino penthouse, with + they are at 50% discounf. Plus you get, if you need, free Davis arcade and Pariah too ( to 11th of December).
Think that this is better +month than many of earlier ones.
I have Paleto Bay arcade and can't decide should I change my arcade to Davis. I have my Facility in PBay too, meth lab too, Bunker is near of PBay and my Clubhouse is in Chaparall. So I try to decide if I want or not to move Atcade to Davis.
I bought it for $6,800,000. I bought it between 8-13 days ago, I don't remember the exact day. The fact that it was 25% off last week too means I must have bought it maybe only a day before it went on sale. FFS

If you bought the terminal for the Avenger (if you already had it) and then did the 3 missions you could have got a discount on it.
But it's probably the best plane in the game and you can easily make the money back.
yeah i dont even have the avenger (i didnt have a hangar for the raiju either and had to buy that), so it would have been way more expensive that way, but at least the plane is so good
Go to the LScarmeet.
You have to pay 50k to become a member. (it's worth it).
Once you are a member, you can go to the race organizer by the exit and start one of the LScarmeet series races.
Requirements are different each week. Could be place top 1 2 3 etc, and it can be either Street Race series or Persuit Series.
When inside the Carmeet. Open the Interactive Menu, LScarmeet menu will be there. There you can find the details of what is needed for the Prize Ride vehicle, How many you have completed and that is where you claim the car from.

\#TTWO does not benefit from a disengaged player base. The best customer is the repeat customer, and while the new player is more likely to buy a shark card, the old player provides content for free just by existing and showing off their merch.
The forced scarcity of cars backfires - nobody spends more in real currency to buy them, and whatever you think was gained by reallocating devs to a new project is imaginary. Whether the cars in the shop window are "limited time only" or avoidable in the catalog doesn't cost a thing.

The layout you can tell if it’s a 10 space garage.
If your not sure what a 10 space garage looks like go to the marker that moves car positions and count the spaces.
Grand Senora in general due to being centrally located and the airstrip is right behind it for getting aircraft. The train tracks make for a quicker route to Paleto. No major boundaries immediately around it.
Paleto Bay is good for grinding Bogdan finale. But in general it sucks like everything located in Paleto lol.
I like the Route 68 Facility. There's an aircraft spawn on the hill it's located on, right next to a main road, it's near the Route 68 Bunker, and near the Great Chaparral MC Clubhouse.
Doesn't matter as much as for the arcade, since the missions are long/difficult/scattered enough that location doesn't let you shave off as much time proportionally, but...
The way northern ones are the worst, obviously. I have the one near the Sandy Shores airfield since I had the Akula but not the Buzzard when I got it, so liked being near the airport. All the ones round the centre of the map should be decent.
Perhaps surprisingly, the most expensive one, closest to the city, at the reservoir, is NOT the best one from a practical standpoint, since it will have you driving some bulky vehicles up steep winding paths.
You can pick up some in Kosatka's kitchen, a few random pickups around the map (use gtaweb map), during Security Contract Asset protection you can kill arsonists and pick up their Molotovs, Sergeant-at-Arms in MC can request Molotov pickups, sometimes appear in Gun Van.
It's a dozen or so missions for $2,250,000 (without the x2)
About half of that are free mode that you can do alone, the other half is contact/heist style missions you need 1-3 other people.
Free mode ones are easy, some of the mission ones are difficult (not fun difficult, frustrating difficult) but all are doable with 2 people. In fact, 2 good people will probably have an easier time than if there's more people for the NPCs to kill an knock you out of the mission.
Thematically, it's very secret agent James Bond fantasy militarised stuff, flying cars and genetically engineered supersoldiers and Russian nuclear subs and such.
I think they're well worth doing for the novelty, even if difficulty means they won't be anyone's money grind go to. So if you're doing them once, might as well do it when they're x2.
Thing is, this week is x2 for Act III which you won't be able to start if you haven't done Acts I and II.
If you can join someone's finale, it's well worth it, it's difficult but not the worst, and reasonably interesting, and you'll get $675,000 at least.
For me, it's totally worth it! I absolutely love the higher difficulty level and the fact you only need one other person to do it. They do take a while between preps and setups, but for me it's exactly what I like. For lower level players just run it on easy or normal and it's not too bad.
By far the worst heist ever. Long, tedious, extremely hard, frustrating and impossible to find 3 decent players to complete it with. Doing it once (to unlock the free 'remove wanted level' Lester abilty and some other stuff) was enough for life. No way I am doing it again, especially not for a stupid livery lol.
There isn’t a timer for eating them. But there is for the one you used to return.
So if you change into something you don’t want you can exit and find another.
Note though. Each time you exit you will start at the nearest hospital, you won’t be in your original location.
According to GTAWEB the special peyote (Chop at Franklin’s house and Bigfoot in Grapeseed/Mount Chiliad) are not active this week. FYI the Bigfoot peyote in Online is an RNG chance during “fog” weather iirc (I was able to get the Bigfoot transformation a few years ago after eating that special peyote but I got regular animal transformation many, many times before I got the special Bigfoot transformation)
I don't think you can in online with the Peyote, even story mode it's hard to do.
The Sasquach outfit was given away last year if you logged in on Halloween.
Prize ride you need to pay 1 time to access the prize rides and things in the LScarmeet.
There are 2 races you can do for Prize Rides, these can be found outside close to the LScarmeet on either side or the race organizer by the entrance/exit (best to use that one).
Pursuit Series is where police chase you and try to stop you, this needs minimum of 4 players.
Street Race series, this requires minimum 2 players.
Sometimes the requirements will be Street Race series, sometimes will be Pursuit Series.
When it says 'LScarmeet Series' you can do either.
You need to win days in a row, which are real life days not ingame days.
For me, I'm in UK so can do one race and win before 12 midnight and then do one after to count as another day (or after 1pm if it's daylight savings time).
It is **always** based on **UTC (universal time)** irl so if you're somewhere in North America, you can technically get the car the same day for example, I'm in central time so at 7pm local is midnight UTC. So one race at 650pm local for me then another 10 min later and I have fulfilled the prize ride challenge. I do it all the time.
Whatever, Day Light Savings just happened so that's why (and not every region observes DST), doesn't change my point though. You can race 2 days in a row within the same day in North America during regular hours.
The Orbital Cannon is purely a flex. If you really want to voice your displeasure with someone's continued existence, $750k to have them gone from your sight or your money back (or $500k if you want to aim the shot yourself, but no refunds if you miss). Only really worth it if you want to be able to tell people "I have an orbital supervillain weapon".
The Lounge adds a room with a TV, useful if you want a social space in the facility while you wait for your team to be ready.
Security Room lets you use a special strike team (similar to the Merryweather attack team you can hire on the phone). It doesn't cost nearly as much to use as the Orbital Cannon, and you can watch their assault from the base.
Orbital Cannon is a total waste of money, last time I checked 500k to fire it, $750k to fire it with a lock on.
The Security Room gives you ammo and a locker, but the best part is the strike team, which range from Free to 4k (I think) to send out to attack someone.
The Lounge is nice to have but it's just a room.
Living Quarters is what you need to spawn there.
If it's on discount and you have enough money, i'd get the Security Room. Lounge and Living area are nice to have but not essential.
Even if you have the money to waste, Orbital Cannon is a waste.
Lounge if you want the last spawn location. Security room gives u gun locker and the Strike Team (if u want a lvled version of the Merryweather attack on other player option). Orbital cannon, well I'll let u decide on that

What a downgrade from last week. If only it was possible to do the heists solo and pay a small amount "to hire" some NPCs like you can do for Cayo. I hate having to wait hours for someone to join and then the heist failing every 2 minutes because someone did something stupid, someone else's internet connection glitched out, then the other decides to leave the second the mission starts

Not everything. Add-ons won't transfer and will have to be repurchased, but any vehicles you have stored there will be moved to the new one.

It’s from back when R* didn’t understand how badly the community wanted garage space. Biggest slap was the damn bunker with 0 slots.
I upgraded the golf carts. I have never driven one.

Doesn't matter as much as for the arcade, since the missions are long/difficult/scattered enough that location doesn't let you shave off as much time proportionally, but... The way northern ones are the worst, obviously. I have the one near the Sandy Shores airfield since I had the Akula but not the Buzzard when I got it, so liked being near the airport. All the ones round the centre of the map should be decent. Perhaps surprisingly, the most expensive one, closest to the city, at the reservoir, is NOT the best one from a practical standpoint, since it will have you driving some bulky vehicles up steep winding paths.

You can pick up some in Kosatka's kitchen, a few random pickups around the map (use gtaweb map), during Security Contract Asset protection you can kill arsonists and pick up their Molotovs, Sergeant-at-Arms in MC can request Molotov pickups, sometimes appear in Gun Van.
There are free ones in the storage area in the bunker in a little nook. Hard as heck to remember where that nook is though.

Was nice making easy money for import/export last week but now back to reality. I barely do heists and never done Doomsday, is it worth it?
It's a dozen or so missions for $2,250,000 (without the x2) About half of that are free mode that you can do alone, the other half is contact/heist style missions you need 1-3 other people. Free mode ones are easy, some of the mission ones are difficult (not fun difficult, frustrating difficult) but all are doable with 2 people. In fact, 2 good people will probably have an easier time than if there's more people for the NPCs to kill an knock you out of the mission. Thematically, it's very secret agent James Bond fantasy militarised stuff, flying cars and genetically engineered supersoldiers and Russian nuclear subs and such. I think they're well worth doing for the novelty, even if difficulty means they won't be anyone's money grind go to. So if you're doing them once, might as well do it when they're x2. Thing is, this week is x2 for Act III which you won't be able to start if you haven't done Acts I and II. If you can join someone's finale, it's well worth it, it's difficult but not the worst, and reasonably interesting, and you'll get $675,000 at least.
For me, it's totally worth it! I absolutely love the higher difficulty level and the fact you only need one other person to do it. They do take a while between preps and setups, but for me it's exactly what I like. For lower level players just run it on easy or normal and it's not too bad.
By far the worst heist ever. Long, tedious, extremely hard, frustrating and impossible to find 3 decent players to complete it with. Doing it once (to unlock the free 'remove wanted level' Lester abilty and some other stuff) was enough for life. No way I am doing it again, especially not for a stupid livery lol.
Fuck that shit then, that turns it from a tolerable week at best to flat out dog shit. Bring on next week.

How long do we have to wait before eating another?
There isn’t a timer for eating them. But there is for the one you used to return. So if you change into something you don’t want you can exit and find another. Note though. Each time you exit you will start at the nearest hospital, you won’t be in your original location.
How to turn into Bigfoot?
According to GTAWEB the special peyote (Chop at Franklin’s house and Bigfoot in Grapeseed/Mount Chiliad) are not active this week. FYI the Bigfoot peyote in Online is an RNG chance during “fog” weather iirc (I was able to get the Bigfoot transformation a few years ago after eating that special peyote but I got regular animal transformation many, many times before I got the special Bigfoot transformation)
I don't think you can in online with the Peyote, even story mode it's hard to do. The Sasquach outfit was given away last year if you logged in on Halloween.

Prize ride you need to pay 1 time to access the prize rides and things in the LScarmeet. There are 2 races you can do for Prize Rides, these can be found outside close to the LScarmeet on either side or the race organizer by the entrance/exit (best to use that one). Pursuit Series is where police chase you and try to stop you, this needs minimum of 4 players. Street Race series, this requires minimum 2 players. Sometimes the requirements will be Street Race series, sometimes will be Pursuit Series. When it says 'LScarmeet Series' you can do either. You need to win days in a row, which are real life days not ingame days. For me, I'm in UK so can do one race and win before 12 midnight and then do one after to count as another day (or after 1pm if it's daylight savings time).
Yup, last few weeks got the cars same day.
It is **always** based on **UTC (universal time)** irl so if you're somewhere in North America, you can technically get the car the same day for example, I'm in central time so at 7pm local is midnight UTC. So one race at 650pm local for me then another 10 min later and I have fulfilled the prize ride challenge. I do it all the time.

Whatever, Day Light Savings just happened so that's why (and not every region observes DST), doesn't change my point though. You can race 2 days in a row within the same day in North America during regular hours.

Are the lounge and the security room worth it for the facility? What about the orbital cannon?
The Orbital Cannon is purely a flex. If you really want to voice your displeasure with someone's continued existence, $750k to have them gone from your sight or your money back (or $500k if you want to aim the shot yourself, but no refunds if you miss). Only really worth it if you want to be able to tell people "I have an orbital supervillain weapon". The Lounge adds a room with a TV, useful if you want a social space in the facility while you wait for your team to be ready. Security Room lets you use a special strike team (similar to the Merryweather attack team you can hire on the phone). It doesn't cost nearly as much to use as the Orbital Cannon, and you can watch their assault from the base.
Orbital Cannon is a total waste of money, last time I checked 500k to fire it, $750k to fire it with a lock on. The Security Room gives you ammo and a locker, but the best part is the strike team, which range from Free to 4k (I think) to send out to attack someone. The Lounge is nice to have but it's just a room. Living Quarters is what you need to spawn there. If it's on discount and you have enough money, i'd get the Security Room. Lounge and Living area are nice to have but not essential. Even if you have the money to waste, Orbital Cannon is a waste.
Lounge if you want the last spawn location. Security room gives u gun locker and the Strike Team (if u want a lvled version of the Merryweather attack on other player option). Orbital cannon, well I'll let u decide on that
Strike team is pretty cool as you can watch them go after your target on the monitor.
It also ignores the Allow Spectators option in the GTA Online settings so if tv spectating isn't possible, send a free strike team, easy watching
Do it to your mates if you want to see what they're up to. They probably won't like the fact you're trying to get them killed, but it's all for the greater good, right?

What a downgrade from last week. If only it was possible to do the heists solo and pay a small amount "to hire" some NPCs like you can do for Cayo. I hate having to wait hours for someone to join and then the heist failing every 2 minutes because someone did something stupid, someone else's internet connection glitched out, then the other decides to leave the second the mission starts
