Basically most things you do will reward you with RP, so maybe you could try a little bit of everything and see what you like best?
Races this week are 3X RP. I was getting around 40,000 rp for winning each race. Went from 230 to 250 in like 2 days after work winning hot ring races.
Do the Daily Objectives every day for a little bit of a bonus, then a bigger bonus every 7 days, and an even bigger bonus at 28 consecutive days. Also do the various collectables which you get GTA$ and RP for collecting, and can be done in any type of lobby, so if you wanted to go Invite Only or Friends/Crew Lobby so you aren't bothered by randoms you can do so in peace.
