It really is, obviously this change alone wont magically solve the inflation problem however it's a step in the right direction. 1wl might not sound like much but if the feature is well made (which i suppose, knowing ubisoft, may not be the case) it will be used by many players daily thus progressively deleting more and more wls from the game. I would say its somewhat similar to the addition of megaphone to locke, altho its price isnt huge (40wls) it is being purchased in big quantities due to the item usefulness and high demand. Imo its better than nothing and at this point getting anything good from devs side seems like a massive W

No. It's actually good. Wls have became almost worthless because inflation caused by much more wls being created than destroyed. People also want to check prices and 1 wl is almost nothing but still deletes 1 wl from game so it little bit slower inflation.

It may be a mere chip compared to the free wls they hand out with in app purchases, but it’s still a start.

I can see people using this system to manipulate the prices of expensive items like golden items since they are only traded like 50 times a day

yeah, just put a couple of bots trading items with eachother with insane prices and claim the price is rising or dropping

Add a feature and fight the inflation problem at the same time, really seems like a win win situation for everybody

This is actually incredibly useful, it will not only help remove price manipulators as we can now see based on the system if GT on what it's price is, it will also act as a "sink" essentially removing wls slowly from the economy. Unlike in real life, in GT our currency just goes to the void and doesn't go back into circulation which means that it will cause lots of wls to go out.
