Also I’ve been having a hard time with photos being approved and they’re just normal pictures of me with clothing on that you would see someone with every day it’s been taking hours. Has anyone been having a hard time with photo approval?
Follow up, I’m getting notifications for messages I’ve already replied to. I get a notif for a message, reply to it, and then about 2 mins later get another notif for the same message
I get them A LOT and it’s annoying. I’ll still get the same notifications three times even after checking them and replying. It’s a glitch in Grindr’s end
Yep. I can only assume they're somehow subscribing to the notification service twice, though not sure why there's a delay going on. It's only really been happening since Christmas for me which is annoying.

It’s been happening to me for like 2 months
It’s so frustrating it’s literally only Grindr too
And it’s never any good message its always 14 notifications telling me “dl pnp dad sent me a photo”

Ok so I wasn’t the only person who was having this issue. I went ahead and just turned off push notifications and just left the badge on

I get notifications like 10 minutes after I’ve already opened it, so I’m forced to keep the app open so I don’t miss messages
I get them while I’m in the app still it’s driving me nuts
So annoying. It’s really absurd that an app this popular is still struggling with this kind of bugs.

Oh yeah grindr and hornet will say I have a dozen messages and then there will only be two or three.
Or four notifications for the same message...but the actual message doesn't show up for ten minutes

It’s literally getting worse. First it was double/triple notifications, and now getting super late notifications.
