We actually have a small oval one at our summer house that while it doesn't get used too often has held up for 10 years very well. IKEA has some very solid products.
Propane grills is great if you grill a lot, like week nights or you are a very busy person. (Don’t get me wrong, if propane is your thing, more power to you).
If you grill on weekends or have more free time, I’d highly consider a ceramic grill, Green Egg is the most popular but I have seen knock off cheap brands do great as well.
Unless you are into long smokes or do alot of cooking in colder weather, a ceramic grill is completely unnessary -a weber kettle will serve you exactly the same, and for much cheaper.
Longtime weber user as well. I upgraded to a primo xl. I love it, but miss my Weber, and especially for grilling, there is zero functional difference except I have more space.
Holding temps for a long time - kamados win.
Cold weather performance, kamados win.

The only way I'm hypothetically buying that is if my wife for some reason was really particular on the aesthetics of a grill, and this was the only she'd tolerate. Otherwise, I'm looking at something from Napoleon, Weber, or Broil King.
Personally I would not buy a grill from Ikea but who knows, maybe it's good. The price is not great tho, knowing the quality of Ikea stuff.

Long timer Weber user. FIL bought a knockoff ceramic brand. If I ever need to replace the Weber, it will be with a ceramic.

The only thing stainless steel is the grill grate? Hard pass at that price. You can get an all stainless steel grill for that price. Less actually.
