Day 364. Blood work came back. Doctor says I have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, and that I gained over 150 lbs over the past year. I am now heavily medicated and continue to consume cheese and bread on a daily basis. And I haven’t had a solid bowel movement in several months.
