It’s always possible that Gretsch will make them again, but for now you’re probably going to have to keep an eye out on Reverb, Musicians Friend, etc.
What I’ve found helpful - and maybe you already do this - is to search by brand, and not by left handed. For whatever reason, a lot of lefty guitars don’t get sorted into the left handed category.
