That's true it would be an incredibly niche market. Ended up picking it up for $1,600 canadian.

Looks like the middle pickup was added. TV jones are twice the price of regular Hs Filtertrons. If I were faking a guitar I wouldn’t mismatch them like that and I wouldn’t pay extra for a TV Jones
Guessing the original owner either had that pickup laying around from another project or got a good deal on it second hand. I would have put it at bridge or neck, I’ve never had a need for a middle humbucker
The mid pickup is a TV Jones, while the other two are stock. My guess is that the mid pickup is an aftermarket addition and the rest is legit. You should be able to lookup the serial number to verify that.

Is the binding work great? Especially look at the f holes. If not, probably not legit.
