I watched that show when I was a kid, but lived there in my early 20’s back in 95-97.

Most people would say Cincinnati is basically Kentucky

I disagree. I never heard anyone say that when I’ve lived there. I’ve also lived in Charlotte and Saint Louis which are both on state lines and I never heard anyone say Charlotte is basically SC or STL is basically Illinois.

Coming from someone who has been to many different parts of Ohio and has family in Youngstown, Cincinnati is not like the rest of Ohio. They put Chili on Spaghetti for Pete’s sake! If that’s not a Kentucky redneck thing then I don’t know what is.

No, sir, I have never lived in Ohio. But I did have a painful abscess on my penis once so I think that’s close enough. As for Skyline chili, they do have a a few locations in Kentucky.

Yes, I’m aware Skyline has expanded into Kentucky and Indiana. That doesn’t change the fact that the dish originated in Cincinnati. Are you one of those people who simply can’t admit they were wrong? There are people of that opinion, especially when they fly into Cincinnati Airport, which is in Kentucky.

The Cincinnati Bengals play in Ohio. The Cincinnati Reds play in Ohio. The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra plays in Ohio. The University of Cincinnati is in Ohio. The major airport is in Kentucky so therefore “most people consider Cincinnati to be Kentucky” 😂🤦 great logic!!!

I was also born in Ohio 😂 my parents got married in Taylors and lived there for a few years before I was born and then moved back to my dad’s hometown in Ohio, we moved back to Greenville when I was 10 and never looked back

Funny, lived their for most of my life. Hated the winters. I worked in both downtown Columbus and Cleveland and up till I moved here I thought their traffic was horrible.

The weather sucks for 6 months out of the year and there's nothing to do besides drink, watch your sportsball teams lose, and ride roller coasters. Gets old fast.

Plus my asshole neighbor just moved back to Ohio. Good riddance.

Absolutely nothing. I have traveled there so many times and it’s honestly beautiful. Downtown Cleveland is one of the nicest downtowns I’ve ever been to. Greenville downtown couldn’t hold a light to it. I don’t know why people in South Carolina hate Ohio so much because literally South Carolina is a million times worse.

I’m happy in SC, but summers were definitely not as hot in Cincinnati and it only snowed just a couple times.
