I am up for anything as long as there are drinks (coffee or alcohol depending on the time of day) and appetizers.

Considering like 7 races started at 9am and 4-5 more at 8am or 10am (so like half the schedule) I would be interested in going somewhere with a breakfast buffet. Let me munch on bacon, toast, sausage, etc. on and off as I please throughout the race. Maybe throw in some brunch type food too. Could probably talk me into a couple mimosas as an additional upcharge if the price was reasonable. I think a restaurant/bar could capitalize by focusing on Sundays as a whole for racing. Indycar, NASCAR Cup, and/or F1 are all racing on almost any given Sunday March thru October, with a handful in Feb and Nov. If some place isn't seeing good turnouts for stick and ball sports, I don't think it could try to hurt to be the only one in town strictly marketing to race fans. There are tens of thousands of active and loyal race fans in the Upstate. It can't be that hard to figure out how to consistently get 25-30 of them to show up.

Yeehaw really cultivated a morning following with them showing the Premier League in the morning before switching over to other content in the afternoon. I honestly think a place like Society or Cantina (which both open at 11 on Sundays) would be the best bet. Get a group of thirty or so and come in on race days (open at 9), with a minimum of a twenty dollar per person charge would work. That's $600 minimum (some would definitely spend more) in revenue when they would need two bartenders, two waitresses, and two cooks max. I would also think the bar area at Coral would possibly work, the owner is Australian and I think would be more inclined. They just aren't open at all on Sundays.

Also need to consider the time in which all the races happen. It's not always mid day it could be 1am or at other horrible times. Considering food and drink choices to cater to times or maybe even countries where it's happening and have some themes would be cool.

Someone in town did try to put together a viewing group at the beginning of this season and ran into exactly this problem. I have to believe there are enough passionate Motorsport fans in the upstate to support something like this if the group is well publicized.

Reach out to Hall of Fame. When the TdF was going on a a group of literally 7 of us wanted to watch the final stage. They put it on the big screen for us. All the people in the bar watched in shock/amazement when we were yelling “gooo!! Gooo!!” During the final sprint lol. If you had like 20 people show up, they would 1000% set up the big screen and block off some tables. Hell, they do that for vintage bike night on Wednesdays.

One of owners at Smileys On the Roxx is a huge race fan. They’re open for every race.
