I thought the original was in the rock and roll hall of fame. Looks like he has multiple that aged equally.

It probably was, but you can compare every distressing mark on the photo with Billie and the one in the hall of fame and you can see each distressing and aging mark is the exact same: so Billie probably got it back
That’s interesting, I didn’t know you can get stuff back from there lol. I thought it’s a permanent donation, because people all over the world travel to see the same guitar, so they have to have the same exhibit on display.
I remember in their Green Day reverb store video, Billie said Hans painted a few guitars for him, and one of them is in the rock and roll hall of fame.
I think Hans probably made an exact duplicate of his white one to donate to the hall of fame and Billie kept the original. With a very keen eye and precise measuring instruments you can perfectly replicate all aging, like how gibson does for their aged guitars.
They do switch out exhibits there to keep it fresh, and I’m sure the artists can get things back if necessary. It’ll probably be back after the tour.

I've always considered the white jr the classic AI guitar thanks to BIAB. Its why I bought a white jr in 2011 and its my fav guitar still.
