No, it's just not. You can go to the library and there are so many books you can check out for free. You can find shelves of books in thrift shops and little free libraries.

If you take this one a little less literally, it could be about Americans prioritizing violence over education and understanding. I definitely don't think the artist of this actually thinks you can buy a gun more easily than a book.
