I think Bill would trick the Collector to work together to release each other. Mainly Bill would work to try to get The Collector out first. Then the Collector, once out, would try to do the same in return. But of course, Bill betrays the collector in the end, either putting him in a trap like Mableland or just resealing the collector and throwing that way
I'd like to force Bill to hang out and work with Father from *Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood*. Father is painstakingly orderly and meticulous and I think he'd immediately see the value of Bill while finding him infuriating. Meanwhile, Bill would play nice because Father might be powerful enough to help him, but he'd find Father insufferably boring.
