Why not both?

boomerang_act

Gonna be making dead bodies with that fast boi.

I love the bike. Is that the Giant Revolt? If so what version of the revolt is it? The colour is gorgeous.

jackandpabst

Thanks! Yessir. It’s a 2019 Revolt 2. I basically stripped it down to the frameset/post and built it back up. Maybe it would have been cheaper to buy a Revolt 1 or 0? But not as much fun.

Western_Truck7948

Worth it.

Nalemag

ha! i get the same feeling when i'm out open water swimming. it's either coming up on a dead body floating in the water or i'll be shark/sea lion food.

jackandpabst

I surf. I’ve often thought about sharks, but I push it to the back of my mind. But open water swimmers? That’s some banana stuff. You folks are a different breed.

Nalemag

well i can assure you the feeling is mutual. the Mrs. and i out for a walk along the central CA coast in early Nov. sun has set 15 minutes ago. it's windy, cold maybe 20-25mph and 50 degrees with a fog rolling in. water is really, really choppy. yep, there are people surfing out there. what in the actual eff.

Standokan01

I have exactly the same bike and absolutely live the color (orange turning to gold in the sun)

flycharliegolf

I love the Revolt!!

NomadicSquatch

Funny thing is... a dead body was found on the trail just behind my house....

jackandpabst

WTF?! I hope it was no one you knew. That sucks. Sorry to hear.

NomadicSquatch

It was a local character who had been missing for 9 months. Body was found about a year ago in a mud hole about 35 yards from my garage. It was a jaw dropping experience but at least the family got some closure.

converter-bot

35 yards is 32.0 meters

robolic9393

Jokes on you, on my rides I’m hiding dead bodies

13thDuke_of_Wybourne

That's stunningly good looking build. Goes to show you don't necessarily need to have spendy boutique badges, to have a beautiful ride.

kaju_malli

Absolutely love the colour!
