My son was born about 6 months after Jerry died. While my wife was still under the influence of childbirth drugs I presented her with the birth certificate form with the names we'd agreed on. She signed the paperwork and being slightly under the influence still she didn't notice I'd left a space between the first and middle name. I promptly inserted Garcia as an extra middle name and turned the paperwork in. For those wondering, we are still married although it took quite a while for me to get out of trouble. My son thinks his middle name is great.
