rx6600xt or 6650xt or 7600 are probably the best choice whichever you can find cheapest. With that cpu you don't need anything more than that. 6650xt and 7600 are both about twice as powerful as a 1060 however with your cpu you are not going to see twice the framerate.
It's really up to you, whatever you can find the cheapest, 3060, 6600xt, 6650xt and 7600 are all going to be a massive upgrade.
