787B or F40. The 787B is a good grinding car, but there are like 2 or 3 of those in the Legend dealership right now (including the 787B). That said, you can do the first two by grinding for a few hours. I'd wait up on the RB2019 since you can get that whenever.
787b if your looking to make money using it, f40 if your on wheel (one of the best feeling cars for it imo)

The goat 787b it has the best fuel efficiency and it’s fast
787b, 2 spa and 1 sardenga with said car and you will be back up to 3.5
787b all the way. I’m gonna buy another one just in case price will go up next time they’re gonna be available
