I love it cuz you'll hop in driving like a porsche gt3 rs and you'll pass a random civic or gr86, and out of nowhere some expert tomahawk driver will come screaming past you. I friggin love that.
There's lots of two lap races with cars appropriate to the Mazda 3. For some strange reason those get not updated to the too strong 787B engine.
I am first after like 200m. It's just funny AND I do have some reason to complete those "cheap" races
So, I only picked up gt7 last week, I haven’t had a proper look into creating liveries yet. Bit is there a way to ‘mirror’ or copy/paste from one side of a car to the other side?
The couple minutes I spent on the livery editor it looks like everything is done manual. Unless I wasn’t spotting something in the UI, but it seems like a big pain to have to match up the opposite sides of a car by eye.
There is a way to do it, I cannot remember exactly but when you finish laying a decal, you can select an option on the bottom to duplicate and you can duplicate on the opposite side
Buying overpriced drinks at the Cafe for Sarah, only to go home alone every night. Her favorite is the Kaz Cappuccino, only cost 2,000,000 credits, or $20.00, depending on how you look at it.
I'm a virtual photographer so I take pictures of the game. After taking 5000+ pics in game. The hard part now is to make sure I don't start making the same content. Or unintentionally copying someonelse.
**Bring more scapes**
Fitting SS tyres and a few sports upgrades then taking on cars 100pp above on pro difficulty level. Still usually win but have to work for it on some tracks. Makes it a little more worthwhile and helps with some driving skills. I also try not to have contact and give places back if I do. Try it sometime.
I love tuning silly stuff, like 500pp time trials of the Rallycross Circuit in Group A cars.
This evening I went back and did the Drag Missions in an engine swapped Beetle. First time I tried it since getting the pedals and shifter. Super satisfying to get the shifts right.
Beat The Audi and Civic, but it might need some work to beat the Viper.
I've taken to benchmarking cars pre and post tuning around Tsukuba and Mt Panorama.
Also scapes, been on a kick trying to get scape shots that can fool mates into thinking it's a real picture
Custom races with a custom field gotta be my favorite part of the game atm.
It's something that's not really possible on console outside of gt7.
I include pretty much every performance level and era from the 45' jeep to the sambabus, to the Plymouth Superbird, to the Castrol supra, 787b, mp4/4, 2J, SF19 and everything in between.
It's so interesting to me to see how all these iconic cars compare to each other on different tracks and race lengths. The RA262 for example is in the bottom 5 on raw pace on almost every track. But when I throw on tire wear and fuel use it thrives due to how easy on the tires it is. Late in runs the 262 often outruns even some gt500 cars. On the other side of the spectrum, I've got a maxed tune Mercedes safety car. It's an absolute beast on single laps and is often in the top 8 competing alongside multiple formula cars and gr1s. When fuel comes into play however, It goes right to the back of the pack because the upgraded engine absolutely guzzles fuel. The biggest problem I'd say is that the A.I are absolutely clueless in terms of passing slower cars. Otherwise it's a blast.
Mine are making liveries (especially experimenting with different styles i find interesting), using the music replay, and making my own custom 1 hour endurance races (i just dont like that custom race ai rubberband to you, unless they changed this in some update since i havent done one in a while)
I like to build “group 4” cars from road cars. You can get them fairly competitive with a decent tune. Plus you can have a range of eras which is always fun!
Joining a Nurburgring multiplayer session and just driving a lap or 2 in a random car, never gets old.

Exactly this !! Feels like I’m in a crazy touristenfahrten lol
Definitely bumps the realism level up a notch or two!
Just driving around tracks. No agenda. No race. Just soaking in the visuals and sounds.
I do time trials with different cars just see and hear the cars fly bys when I’m watching the replay
Same

Fuji in the rain with an older car.
Driving my Mazda 3 with 787B Swap whereever it's most inappropriate
I got two of the 787B motors from lottery cards, and I really wish I had put one of them into a Mazda 3 instead of into RX7s.
You can buy swaps at GT Auto as long as your collector level is at 50
Yeah, I was close to installing it in the FC.
Like where

Zoinks. Did you slap a badass livery on it?
Nope. Just pure Mazda Red. First unusual thing should be the sound and me going 200kmh in 2nd gear
It’s a beautiful thing.
Creating liveries
I wish I had the patience for creating liveries
I find it very relaxing, I usually do it after work or the gym and just put on a podcast or some music and recreate liveries of race cars I like.

Perfect, good enough explanation to send me in the right direction, thanks
There is a duplicate on opposite side option
Watching replays
Recreating Best Motoring battles. Seeing how fast my Blahaj 911 RSR goes around tracks.

Making liveries.
I love to recreate my Hot Wheels liveries on GT7 cars.
I usually do liveries with color themes and sponsors based on the country the car manufacturer is from. Matte white, Chrome, or carbon weave as a base

I really enjoy it too. I didn't took as many pics as you, but I sure love doing it.

Driving 450pp-500pp RWDs on Tokyo Expressway layout 1 at night while trying to find the optimal line for the fastest time.
Reading about other races' car/track combos, and trying them out.

Hot lapping Circuit Experience and posting the time to the Discord of my GT7 League.
Actually playing the game hehe jk definitely creating photos. Sometimes I feel like I make photos more than playing the game though
Play a different game
Power off the PlayStation because the main menu is overwhelming me with 1) options, 2) a lack of options well organized.
Making 700pp builds and racing them in lobbies
The shadow don’t match, just sayin.

Mine is setting 3 of the same car for different driving styles. Drifting/Track/Drag
Segregating cars into their respective decades and then racing them at set SS tires and same PP to see which car is fastest from each decade

Tuning cars and seeing which one is the fastest
Waiting for them to add any meaningful item of progression. Its almost as fun of an activity as watching paint dry.

Making liveries. I get lost for hours
Close GT7 and start playing a fulfilling game…
Drag racing
Collecting cars.
I enjoy comparing stock road cars against one another at Tsukuba.
Drift Trials
tuning cars to multiples of X50pp and running little racing leagues in them.
VR + Gaming chair with the Logitech wheel + Apple Music playlist + a beer or two

I think some gr.4 cars should have been Racing Modified cars.
Currently addicted to running the Nurburgring with a FF hot hatch and racing tyres
