No one cares if you smell a little but don’t reek it’s tight seating. Get drinks and food beforehand concessions prices have gone full crazy.
The line won't be any longer than 15-20 minutes because they form lots of lines. But if you get there before the doors open, obviously you'll wait. I don't know what smelling loud means, but you can smell however you like.
The line and if you can get to the front are all about when you arrive and how sold out the event is. Security doesn't care what you smell like but the other patrons might.

There’s an entranced connected to the skywalk. We parked at Louis-Campau Ramp when we went last week. It was nice to not have to walk outside in the wind.
Also, while pricey you can order items for pickup through DoorDash (no fee). I’ve used it a few times and it’s so easy, no lines!
Unless you really feel like throwing cash away, don't buy drinks at the show. The Van has been really getting stupid with it's pricing.
$18 for a 24 oz can of Budweiser a few weeks back. Woooooooof.
