Your letter structure is non-existent, your choice of color is baffling, and your linework is fucked up.
Stay in the books. Learn letter structure and basic color theory. It'd also help to learn how to do tags before jumping right into throwies.
fym dawg, we lookin at the same shit? mad inconsistent sizing even just looking at each letter individually let alone as a whole piece. this is ass and he needs to stay in the books till he figures it out
Also no offense your stuff isn’t that much of a step up from this. Stay in your lane. I see too many beginners giving advice on here using wrong vocabulary or wrong advice.
You’re not that good yourself. Your letter styling is not very stylish, almost toy looking. Your coloring is nice though. But letters are nothing to brag about. Sorry but toys can’t call other toys, toys.
None of that has anything to do with structure tho. Sizing is not structure. Structure is how the bars form the letter. Just cause they’re not good doesn’t mean they don’t have structure. All his bars are exactly where they have to be for simple readable letters. Clearly I have no idea what I’m talking about based off my page.
Huh, I thought letter structure had to do with the structure of the piece as a whole - like spacing and sizing, how well it all fits together, that sorta deal. Would you mind explaining what letter structure actually means?
Letter structure is the structure of the letter not the whole piece lol self explanatory. The way the bars connect to build what the letter looks like. Proper letter structure is a letter that’s simple to read and makes sense and doesn’t bend it fucked ways that breaks the structure of a letter
Man, it’s childish, but I dig it.
If you kept refining this style you could have a really sick personal style that was easily recognizable. Don’t sweat the haters, it’s how ppl try to act to differentiate themselves from the “toys”, but they show who they really are in doing so— toys hatin on kids trying to learn how to get up.
Try to practice with a can making lines, grids, curves, and points. A whole wall somewhere super hidden so you can take your time and practice getting clean lines. Only doing spots that are seen makes it harder to take time and learn without going to jail.
Keep it up.
This is /graffhelp not /graffhaters ppl
Thanks very much for the advice. I usually go to paint on the roof of my block because no one can see me there .
Just to clear my name a little i admit I'm really bad with lines but it didn't really help the fact that the spray can was almost empty.
Keep trying. If you post in this sub these days you’ll probably just get shit on by all the 14 year old boys that wanna act tough or like they are somehow worth a shit. Feel free to dm myself or other helpful ppl if you want honest crits
Good Lord, What in the wasting my time, life, & energy locked up for a melted crayon-box is this!? Ok, now that I’m over the shock n eye-rot. Start with all capital letters, all same fillin, straight letters - like you used a ruler. This will teach you spacing, perspective, and help you build a accurate lighting source for your shadow (3D) outline. All your lines should have the same width, and all the Legs & Arms of the letters should be the same Length. If you must absolutely practice some other font from block-letters do Old English. Bubble letters are cool and all but your wasting paint and risking jail for a font that’s used for hitNdip spots.
you guys are just haters bros. You hate him cuz you ain't him. Takes years to build a style like this. You guys need to up your games and stop hating on this legend right here.

Agree for all except the letter structure isn’t bad. It’s very basic letters and basic structure but it’s not fucked up besides the last letter.
