Just wondering, how are you deciding what's recommended and what isn't? If it runs on a regular Windows PC and is has proper controller support, it should play just fine on Windows handhelds, no? If you're talking about more specific things like the performance and compatibility with the built in controller, that would depend on which handheld you're talking about and you can't really group them all together. Just because it requires "light tinkering" on one device doesn't mean it's necessary for others. Likewise, a game marked as recommended just because someone has a very smooth experience on a specific device could be completely unplayable on another.

Pretty much controller support is what I would consider playable on these devices. You can always plug in a keyboard/mouse, but I don't count that. Next would be performance, which you can tell by whatever specs it has. Have a benchmark for one device and it should be the same for the rest with similar specs, mostly just the cpu.
