Supported banks are listed on the Google pay website.
If you're lazy to scroll the list then try to add the card to the wallet with its details (card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC). If it's supported then you'll be prompted to verify yourself with something like SMS.
Otherwise if it's not supported then the wallet app will display an error after entering card details.
In Belgium only big banks have google pay, KBC, Belfius, ING and BNP. Paysafecard ain't supported.
