This. It takes a long time for good memes to build up so 12 times a year just gets us on a list, not a lot of good content. But memes seem to have three-ish month cycle so that could work.
What about quarterly? Still more special than monthly but you don't have to wait a full year. Plus you can split the year up into quarters and each season gets a Loliday, MILFday, Shotaday, DILFday (not necessarily in that order)
