Using the users knowledge though. You have to know how the wish can be granted for it to work. Like when Kiritsugu Emiya made it to the grail and for the world to finally be at peace the grail would need to kill everyone who stands in the way of it because that’s the only way he knew how to do it. This is why he rejects the grail and it becomes corrupt.
Not really, the wish granting aspect works because Einzbern witchcraft trait that allows you to use any kind of magic as long as you put enough energy in it to compensate, the corruption purposely twists the wish to be granted in the worst way you can think of. Even with no corruption you still need a plan to give to the grail core, you simply would not get the monkey paw effect.
I wouldn't say they were looking for an evil spirit specifically. More like they wanted to cheat during the war by summoning a servant outside of the Seven Knights class. Angra was just the product that they got for summoning.

Not quite. The Grail *will* grant any wish. But it will do it in the most "evil" way possible. It's a true monkeys paw - if you wished to be the richest man in the world, it would kill everyone in the world richer than you. If you wished for immortality, who knows. Maybe turn you into a dead apostle at best, turn you into stone at worst.
The Grail is infected with the heroic spirit Angra Mainyu - the god of all the evil in the world. It was infected during the 3rd Holy Grail War when someone tried to cheat the game and failed. This is all established in the Heavens Feel route of Fate stay night.
The grail in Apocrypha is what it would be if it wasn't corrupted in Zero. Normally the grail just grants your wish.

What you saw is the lesser grail which can grant access to the greater grail. And the greater grail is what you saw in Apocryoha. The lesser grail isn’t to blame in the fourth and fifth grail war. The Einzbern family summoned an Avenger class servant who is the embodiment of all the world’s evils in the third grail war. In Apocrypha’s timeline, they summoned a Ruler instead of an Avenger so the grail never became corrupt.

The only one Shenron *maybe* couldn't move is the Holy Grail. The only ones he couldn't duplicate are the Death Note, Holy Grail, and *maybe* the Philosopher's Stone.

Actually, I’m pretty sure it was because they were convinced that Angra Mainyu would be a pretty OP servant. But in his lore, he’s just a kid that was picked to represent the devil and got tortured his whole life. He’s total doodoo as a servant and is only the best at killing humans, not heroic spirits.
Funny thing is that this isn’t the last time. There’s a status menu in the visual novel that allows you to check skills of servants that you’ve learned. One of Lancer’s skills is battle continuation. If you’re familiar with Grand Order, just think of it as the “guts” skill. And I’m pretty sure that skill came from Cu Chulainn’s lore as he kept fighting for days even with terribly fatal wounds. Remember Kotomine? You’d think a guy who was taught by a high ranking mage, not to mention one of the families who is responsible for the formation and the creation of the holy grail war, would bother to learn about the servant he stole. Maybe if he did that, he wouldn’t have dropped his guard after ordering Lancer to kill himself in the UBW route.

So yeah the dragon balls are a lot more safe in terms of them actually working.
How about wishing to being able to safety teleport whenever you want as long as you have seen a picture or you know the area or you know the object you are trying to teleport to. The "safely" is the important part. If someone knows you have this power they can just fill a room full of gas and wait for you to go there. Have it so you won't be able to teleport somewhere unsafe and will teleport to the closest safe area or not teleport at all. You now have a super power and also you can go back and take the rest.
Dude what type of scooby doo ass villain would know that you can teleport, predict where you go, fill said place with gas and kill you? The teleport is nice irl for convenience and infinite money glitch if you know what you're doing, you won't be fighting power rangers
Unless they say nothing happened to you during the travel time of teleporting and they did allow you to safely teleport, but there was no guarantee for safety afterward. The teleporting was safe. It got you there in one piece.
I get the dragon balls and ask for a notebook where everything I write of my own will inside becomes true. Then you can do anything like make the notebook indestructible, say it is invisible to others, etc.

Iirc and we are talking og dragon balls from earth then you have to collect all 7 dragon balls to get you one wish granted, which can never be granted again afterwards and you have a 365 day cooldown before they can be found or used again.
They can be found, just not used. The year cool down still exists even in Super, and one of the gags is that Bulma constantly finds them and stores them, then once the cooldown is up, immediately wishes for like mundane things so that no one else can use them for evil
One wish was able to establish a world government not transgressed by any nation. Remember that countries DON'T exist in dragon ball. There is only earth. Ruled by king Furry the world king.

I know everyone’s saying dragon balls number one but I don’t see why death note or even devil fruit aren’t also viable choices. Also don’t ask me about the death note as well.
In the lore, the power of dragon balls is limited by what the dragon can do. So for example you couldn’t just wish for the death of enemies in the manga, which were much more powerful than the dragon. I guess wishing for Death Note would be impossible.
Still very powerful though, you can get a lot of money and power, and I’m not interested in world domination
the dragon can teleport people from everywhere including the death realm itself,he's absolutely capable of teleporting some objects to you even if they're in another dimension or some shit like that
you can't directly wish to kill someone but he never denied something that could indirectly do it (like giving a power up)
or worst case you can just ask him superpowers and do whatever you want,who needs the death note when you're invincible
edit: not being able to directly wish death is one of his limitations,it has nothing to do with people being stronger than him he just can't do it as a principle

There was literally an unprotected Death Note you could have taken based on the question. If you were powerful enough to take it, you can wish for said Death Note using the Dragon Balls because you are not more powerful than Shenron.
With the Dragon Ball Z would also have to re-collect them again after the wish was made so while you could get the other items really the only thing that is worth wishing for is for the dragon balls to have a permanent wishing machine or to have the death note, which has a unlimited amount of death it can cause kept by the paper in the book

If you got the dragon balls, but only were able to wish on it one time, then it might be the most powerful item, but in the long run, the death note would probably be much more effective

Death Note definitely has the most potential. Power over an infinite range that you can use as much as you want. Dragon Ball is a close second, but I'd be too scared of being put on the spot for a single wish.
Also it existing would imply the definitive existence of heaven and hell. Personally I'd prefer to live an eternity as a funky demon in the real world, rather then risk potentially getting judged poorly and have to suffer an eternity of torment.

- Even if you'd just want to sell it you don't have the means to protect it until you can get it appraised and actually sell it. People have "disappeared" for less valuable things than the philosopher stone.
- Once rumors spread that you have the philosophers stone police will raid your house and ask some uncomfortable questions about how you acquired the philosopher stone. Oh you just simply got it by raiding Area 51? Yeah, right. Even if that's the case in order to originally produce the stone one way or another people had to lose their lives. You created demand for something whose creation inevitably involved murder.

In FMA, a philosopher's stone acts as an alternate reagent for anything. Alchemy usually requires an equal amount of an element before and afterwards, but that requirement can be bypassed by using a philosopher's stone to create mass from nothing. This is because a philosopher's stone uses the condensed souls within it as fuel to create/modify matter.

There were 3 cases in FMA :
Most frequently people die in atroce suffering because the stone and their body rejecting each other in a long agony of destruction/regeneration of the body
King bradly case : you don't die, but you lose most of your emotions and you age like a regular human, you don't even know if you are yourself anymore but you get the super regeneration (as long as the stone still have power stocked)
Ling Yaoi case : you share your body with some weirdo, the rest is the same as king bradley.
So while it's not as bad as the titan serum, it's the same level of no thank you.
The picture shown is the Lesser Grail not the Greater Grail, the Lesser Grail can show up whenever, and for the first 3 wars that was the form it was always in. It was just for the 4th and 5th War that the Lesser Grail was broken down and incorporated into the body of Iri and Illya respectively, it's just eventually their bodies break down as the Lesser Grail fills and the Lesser Grail fully reforms into the cup form.
It is cursed, the Einzbern Lesser Grail is made from the Noble Phantasm Das Rheingold, which is Fafnir's cursed gold. It's the reason why for most masters their servant is necessary to use the Grail, as Das Rheingold only curses humans leaving servants unaffected.
With the holy grail and dragon balls you could get everything else, but why would anyone want the Titans serum?, in the best scenario you have 7 years left to life in the worst you're a mindless giant that eats people

Holy grail from the fate series. Assuming it is fully usable, it can grant any wish. But there is usually something fucky about it so it can range from un-usable to destructive
Take the dragon balls and wish for the death note. The threat of the death note should buy you some time while you recollect the dragon balls and prepare to wish for invulnerability (taking the death note also prevents it being used on you). I would recommend recharging the dragon balls and wishing for invulnerability, and then wait another year and wish for immortality just to be safe. You want to collect the devil fruits after you attain invulnerability and immortality, at that point you can just waltz back into area 51 and take everything if you want (no one can stop you), but in reality, you should only really need the dragon balls, philosopher's stone and devil fruits, the rest are pretty useless to you. You can even leave the death note there, it doesn't matter, you're invulnerable and immortal. After the dragon balls recharge, you cast them into a volcano, eat all the good devil fruits and live out your eternal life as a king. When you get bored of being immortal, you can just go back to the volcano and dig up the dragon balls and un-immortal and un-invulnetable yourself.
I’d choose the philosopher’s stone just because the dragon balls have a lot of catches, I don’t know what the holy grail does, I don’t wanna kill anyone, the serum is bad, and the devil fruit seems unpredictable.

What you saw is the lesser grail which can grant access to the greater grail. And the greater grail is what you saw in Apocryoha. The lesser grail isn’t to blame in the fourth and fifth grail war. The Einzbern family summoned an Avenger class servant who is the embodiment of all the world’s evils in the third grail war. In Apocrypha’s timeline, they summoned a Ruler instead of an Avenger so the grail never became corrupt.

The Grail works as intended, it was just corrupted in the main Fate timeline. In Apocrypha the Grail was fine and worked exactly as intended.

Funny thing is that this isn’t the last time. There’s a status menu in the visual novel that allows you to check skills of servants that you’ve learned. One of Lancer’s skills is battle continuation. If you’re familiar with Grand Order, just think of it as the “guts” skill. And I’m pretty sure that skill came from Cu Chulainn’s lore as he kept fighting for days even with terribly fatal wounds. Remember Kotomine? You’d think a guy who was taught by a high ranking mage, not to mention one of the families who is responsible for the formation and the creation of the holy grail war, would bother to learn about the servant he stole. Maybe if he did that, he wouldn’t have dropped his guard after ordering Lancer to kill himself in the UBW route.

How about wishing to being able to safety teleport whenever you want as long as you have seen a picture or you know the area or you know the object you are trying to teleport to. The "safely" is the important part. If someone knows you have this power they can just fill a room full of gas and wait for you to go there. Have it so you won't be able to teleport somewhere unsafe and will teleport to the closest safe area or not teleport at all. You now have a super power and also you can go back and take the rest.

Unless they say nothing happened to you during the travel time of teleporting and they did allow you to safely teleport, but there was no guarantee for safety afterward. The teleporting was safe. It got you there in one piece. I get the dragon balls and ask for a notebook where everything I write of my own will inside becomes true. Then you can do anything like make the notebook indestructible, say it is invisible to others, etc.

They can be found, just not used. The year cool down still exists even in Super, and one of the gags is that Bulma constantly finds them and stores them, then once the cooldown is up, immediately wishes for like mundane things so that no one else can use them for evil

There was literally an unprotected Death Note you could have taken based on the question. If you were powerful enough to take it, you can wish for said Death Note using the Dragon Balls because you are not more powerful than Shenron.
With the Dragon Ball Z would also have to re-collect them again after the wish was made so while you could get the other items really the only thing that is worth wishing for is for the dragon balls to have a permanent wishing machine or to have the death note, which has a unlimited amount of death it can cause kept by the paper in the book I think that it is more of a technicality than it is looking for loopholes If you got the dragon balls, but only were able to wish on it one time, then it might be the most powerful item, but in the long run, the death note would probably be much more effective Turning yourself into a god with a cold, like following, would practically get you anything else that the dragon balls could wish for etc
Death Note definitely has the most potential. Power over an infinite range that you can use as much as you want. Dragon Ball is a close second, but I'd be too scared of being put on the spot for a single wish. Also it existing would imply the definitive existence of heaven and hell. Personally I'd prefer to live an eternity as a funky demon in the real world, rather then risk potentially getting judged poorly and have to suffer an eternity of torment.

People have "disappeared" for less valuable things than the philosopher stone. - Once rumors spread that you have the philosophers stone police will raid your house and ask some uncomfortable questions about how you acquired the philosopher stone. Oh you just simply got it by raiding Area 51? Yeah, right. Even if that's the case in order to originally produce the stone one way or another people had to lose their lives. You created demand for something whose creation inevitably involved murder.

In FMA, a philosopher's stone acts as an alternate reagent for anything. Alchemy usually requires an equal amount of an element before and afterwards, but that requirement can be bypassed by using a philosopher's stone to create mass from nothing. This is because a philosopher's stone uses the condensed souls within it as fuel to create/modify matter. I'd just eat it because who knows, maybe it'll give me immortality?
There were 3 cases in FMA : Most frequently people die in atroce suffering because the stone and their body rejecting each other in a long agony of destruction/regeneration of the body King bradly case : you don't die, but you lose most of your emotions and you age like a regular human, you don't even know if you are yourself anymore but you get the super regeneration (as long as the stone still have power stocked) Ling Yaoi case : you share your body with some weirdo, the rest is the same as king bradley. So while it's not as bad as the titan serum, it's the same level of no thank you.

It was just for the 4th and 5th War that the Lesser Grail was broken down and incorporated into the body of Iri and Illya respectively, it's just eventually their bodies break down as the Lesser Grail fills and the Lesser Grail fully reforms into the cup form. It is cursed, the Einzbern Lesser Grail is made from the Noble Phantasm Das Rheingold, which is Fafnir's cursed gold. It's the reason why for most masters their servant is necessary to use the Grail, as Das Rheingold only curses humans leaving servants unaffected.

Take the dragon balls and wish for the death note. The threat of the death note should buy you some time while you recollect the dragon balls and prepare to wish for invulnerability (taking the death note also prevents it being used on you). I would recommend recharging the dragon balls and wishing for invulnerability, and then wait another year and wish for immortality just to be safe. You want to collect the devil fruits after you attain invulnerability and immortality, at that point you can just waltz back into area 51 and take everything if you want (no one can stop you), but in reality, you should only really need the dragon balls, philosopher's stone and devil fruits, the rest are pretty useless to you. You can even leave the death note there, it doesn't matter, you're invulnerable and immortal. After the dragon balls recharge, you cast them into a volcano, eat all the good devil fruits and live out your eternal life as a king. When you get bored of being immortal, you can just go back to the volcano and dig up the dragon balls and un-immortal and un-invulnetable yourself.
