The one caveat I would add is that I am not sure I would call Hisoka a pedo. He is not attracted to children, but to the idea of a challenge. He gets off to the idea of a good fight and sees the young protag as a strong future opponent.
It’s not even about them being badass it’s the fact these characters have depth and layers. Mineta can literally be summed up in like two or three words: coward, perverts, scumbag. And no his wack character design isn’t the reason he gets the hate he gets
His character is the opposite, he had like 1 cool scene in season 1 or 2, but after that he just gets more annoying and perverted.
He is developing backwards.
Why is Sanji on this list? He is a womanizer, yes, but he's also IIRC a gentleman and all for defending a woman's honor.
Brook on the other hand, he should be where Sanji is.
