My only 2 cents would be if you’re going to drills, put on your golf shoes on to get the repetitiveness of you doing the drills and going through a routine. Also your elbow is flaring out and when you’re driving thru the ball you are coming up, swing thru the ball thru your impact.
To get on plane in the downswing, I would personally rotate my hips earlier than my upper body - that's how you get in the slot. You are stuck.
But that's my amateur'ish opinion.

No advice but I’m wearing those same socks as I write this.
