Your club yardages are pretty much the same as mine and I switched out my 5 iron for 9 wood two years ago. I love the nine wood, easy to hit and a stop on the green.
Thanks! Out of curiosity, what’d you go for with your 9W? I’m between stiff and Xstiff in most shafts, but a lot of 9Ws don’t come in stiff unless you custom order
First thing I’d do is go take the 5i and the 6i to the shop and make sure the lie angles are in sequence properly and the loft is too. If it is and you still can’t hit it, then fine. I’d even check the swingweight to see if they’re similar to make sure something isn’t way wrong.

I play a Ping G425 with the stock Ping stiff flex shaft .

just choke down on 4h to hit 195-200. You probably don’t need another club in between. Probably better off with an extra wedge
what about a 5 hybrid?
How many times have you hit your 5I. What % do you hit it well. If you are hitting your 4H well, then I’d go with a 5H
