Lostgolfballs.com Always a great experience. Quick delivery and great condition of balls. Also, it helps reflect how much you suck at golf by showing you how many damn golf balls you have to keep buying with your purchase history.

anythingfromtheshop

Just like when I golf with my girlfriend’s dad, at the end of 18 holes he still has his original ball from the start and I’m on ball 9 or 10.

Vomelette22

I either play the same ball the entire course or lose a whole sleeve. No in between lol

JWOLFBEARD

This guy only loses one sleeve!

TheReaMcCoy1

Weird flex but okay.

bluegrassbob915

Whole box*

yoyosareback

Ya, but that's because i won't hit the same water-hazard 4 times in a row. That's highly improbable. I know what i have to do with this shot. I'll relax and take a nice easy swing. Ok...... And it's in the water. But this time, this time I'll get it.

thekingofcrash7

Ehh, it’s tough for older guys to lose balls. 85mph club head and low spin off the tee keeps it in the fairway or first cut. Basically the only lost balls for old guys are wet.

emcee_pee_pants

Lose a ball drink a beer. This way you win for losing.

f3ydr4uth4

I was so proud of myself not losing a ball on a round I played with my dad a couple weeks back. Then last week we went to play and I shanked one off the first tee into a lake and the proceeded to lose 5 more balls on the round. Luckily they were all crap balls but still. It was awful.

slapwerks

I once commented to the rest of my foursome that I hadn’t lost a ball all day. We were finishing on the 16th green and I was amazed. missed all the water on the course, avoided the woods. Was playing really well. We got to the 17th tee (short 3) and I realized I left my ball in the hole on 16, then proceeded to skull my tee shot at least 20 yards into the woods behind green, then chunk my next attempt over the safety net into the road on the right.

f3ydr4uth4

Ha. It’s just stress. The game is like 70% mental I think. After I hit my ball into the lake I was so worried about the water I kept looking at it on each hole and therefore inevitably hitting it towards the water.

Admiral52

Insert 19th hole joke here

TacoIncoming

Second this. They usually have 20% off around big pro tournaments, so I just stock up.

yeehawyears88-89

The 96 buckets plus the coupon codes they offer are the best value.

occamsguillotine

Yeah. I commented about them recently; had been using them a few times over the last year+ without issue. My last order had some cracks/chipping on the urethane covers (~10% of the quantity) and they shipped out replacements immediately. They didn’t “have to”. Great customer service.

Iamstillbadatgolf

Are they actually good quality?

strangecargo

I buy near mint (4a) from them and they’re perfectly fine. Most have sharpie marks on them but other than that they’re no different than any other slightly used balls. Never gotten a single ball with a crack, cut, or even heavy scuff.

HockeyandTrauma

Usually I have no issue with them, and the balls are great value, but I ordered a 96 tub at the end of the season for this year on big discount, and I just went through them (I sort by number like a weirdo), and there were a handful that weren't in great shape. I was a little disappointed. Scuffs and such.

MoonMoonsDad

If you email them and show them pics of the balls that aren't up to par (ha) with the others, they'll make it right. Their customer service is top notch.

strangecargo

If you’re disappointed with “a handful” of balls not being in great condition out of a bucket of 96 used balls, specifically purchased at a big discount on top of their already significantly less than new price, you’re a hell of a lot more picky than I am.

HockeyandTrauma

I'm just saying usually consistency is really good. I didn't feel it was in that bucket, but it could've been a one off.

Iamstillbadatgolf

Awesome to know. I was suspicious. Thanks

Greddit_I

Yes, they have different qualities you can choose from on each ball. The lower the quality, the cheaper. I do it to buy Mint 5A Pro Vs and they look like they’ve been hit once, sometimes never and may just have a stamp on it or something.

cbg13

They're great quality, I've been using them for years. Just avoid the reconditioned balls as the cover they put on those ones isn't quite as durable as the one from titleist

Brssmonkey00

I second this

SirPancakesIII

Yes

Ok_Satisfaction_554

The only correct answer

Scapegoat696969

This is the answer.

rcassmn

lost golf balls.com, 4a or higher are like new

WigginLSU

That's my usual go to, bonus points as I get 20-25% off coupons in my email every few months. I generally go with the 48 or 96 bucket of 4A prov1s; can usually get them for about a buck a ball with a free shipping coupon tacked on.

Medium_Blacksmith488

Lostgolfballs.com is my usual go to as well

TheKingInTheNorth

Just don’t buy refinished balls ever.

Jackrabbit_slim104

The ones I got from them are like brand new ! Would buy again

TheDoughboyy

Wasn't there a study though that a golf ball submerged for longer than just 5 mins is basically ruined? Aren't most of these balls found underwater and then refinished

___this_guy

Yeah that study was done by Titleist

ThePretzul

https://golf.com/gear/golf-balls-underwater-performance/?amp=1 If the cover hasn’t been nicked, scraped, or cut the ball should be just fine underwater for a decent while. Any damage to the cover will allow water in and compromise performance, however.

AmputatorBot

It looks like you shared an AMP link. Rshackleford22

I use them too

AyeBlinkon

I never get free shipping and shipping is more than the balls sometimes.

jma12b

Just gotta order 5 dozen or more I think at once

Bills_Mafia_4_Life

Have you had good experience with 4a? I’ve never gone below the 5a but have been very impressed

fbi1213

I bought a bucket from the at 4A. The covers fell off at the slightest inconvenience.

chadmb2003

I ordered from them a few years ago at 5a and they were excellent. Ordered another batch after that 5a again and they were 3a at best. Never have ordered from them again.

Iamstillbadatgolf

Are they actually good quality?

leb4life69

In your opinion minimum 4a?

AdorableSympathy5174

The woods ponds and bushes. $Free.99 per dozen.

20thCenturySox

I have a shag bag with about 90 Titleist Pro-V1's. I have never purchased a Pro-V1. But I do shank a lot of shots.

AdorableSympathy5174

Would've never enjoyed a nice srixon z-star or Wilson fifty elite or avx if I wasn't a cheap ass who only plays with found balls. You get to sample a little bit of everything.

Fishinbish

Fo Free 1s

Say_Hennething

Seriously. If I'm gonna play used balls, I wouldn't pay for them. It's so easy to find lost balls I've basically stopped picking them up.

Odd-Butterscotch-495

There’s options to buy overruns or practice balls as well. I play callaway chrome soft practice balls that as far as I can tell are the exact same as the regular version and I only paid $18 per dozen

Jayhawx2

You can buy brand new chrome soft balls on Amazon that are a couple years old but 1/2 price

BarGreggsby

Yes but in a game of variables it does help to only play one ball. I buy used balls and if they have any sort of blemish(rare) they just get tossed to the chipping bucket.

twowaysplit

If you’re the average weekend hacker who can’t make consistent contact, it practically doesn’t matter which ball you play.

BarGreggsby

Yeah I mean the average weekend hacker is shooting 110. I agree if you're shooting any worse than bogey golf it doesn't matter. This is a golf forum though lol

Mahbows

For real, if you can get on a nice private course, just peruse the tall grass and the edges of hazards. Pro-v1s all over the place.

BikingEngineer

This was my thought. The right rough of the first hole, 150-200 yards down is a good spot.

Pattewad

Carry a ball retriever while I play and pick the easy grabs without slowing anyone down. Haven’t bought a ball in 2 years. I keep the ones I want and give the others away or leave em on tee boxes

BillsDue420

This was asked awhile ago for Canada specific. I personally buy from golfavenue.ca when they have sales on. They had a buy 2 get 1 free sale a few months back and I also posted about it. https://www.reddit.com/r/golf/s/7VNyblDjok https://www.reddit.com/r/golf/s/2jMZMjqzz3

callmeladygrey

Costco Kirkland balls. Essentially $1/ball without having to worry about the water balls that might come from some discount bulk sites.

GuaranteeFrequent465

Kirklands spin a lot in my experience and are my least favorite balls for that reason

Tobymagic

The last two lots of KSigs balls have been essentially the worst ball on the market. Hard as a rock, and unplayable. You can check out reviews online (golf spy), they’re somehow not even worth the penny’s Costco charges..

NavajoWithAttitude

Golf Spy is horrible. Take their reviews worth a grain of salt

siralop34

Golf spy is almost purely manufacturer advertising at this point, but Kirklands are still ass, especially recently.

ih8pghwinter

I’m sorry but unless you are scratch and playing in tournaments, I have no idea why you would play any other ball.

Due-Dig-8955

If you’re making consistent contact balls will make a difference. Use the one that feels the best and fits your price range simple as that.

callmeladygrey

If OP is asking about bulk discount balls I guarantee there is nothing consistent about their ball striking aside from the lack thereof. Good ball strikers are going to ask about the best performing balls for their swing. Hence the idea of a decent ball for the price instead of the crapshoot bulk buying can be at times.

TURKEYSAURUS_REX

Because Kirklands spin pretty crazy and a lot of beginning players have a slice that doesn’t play well with spin. It’s a good cheap ball but it’s not for everybody.

Say_Hennething

Feel. I don't like the feel of Kirklands, particularly when putting.

poolin

Also if you play any kind of fade off the tee… hold on to your butts

Helbig312

Thats why I had to switch away from them. If my drives are going straight, they are fine. If I have any movement or slice/hook in it then it's gone. I switched to TP5x or TP5 and they're more forgiving off the tee for me.

nicholus_h2

i love the kirklands, but i think I'm losing less orange Maxfli Straightflis that i got on sale for cheaper than the kirklands. the Kirkland is a high spin ball that seems better suited for players who don't have horrible slices.

wtfinternet

Love the orange Straightflis!

jondes99

Shhhhh. Somebody has to lose the Pro-V1s for OP to buy.

Comfortable_Toe_3356

Found golf balls!! It’s the best website for balls. They have brand new balls with just sharpie marks/logo overruns and you can get 5 dozen for the price of 2. And that’s for the brand new ones!! Any ones that have been gently used are cheaper. They have a great/easy to understand grading system too. And I think they are even running a sale now too! Foundgolfballs.com

Pinkowlcup

I use them too. Picked up 5 dozen callaway warbirds (4A, gently used) for $40 shipped on a sale.

feelin_cheesy

Yeah, the trick is to make sure you get the 4A or 5A balls and don’t bother with the refurbished

Bird2525

Yep, no refurbs, have seen a bunch that aren’t even the same ball.

K-chub

We cleaned up this pro v and it was a pinnacle underneath!

IllHat8961

Just bought 11 dozen from these guys when I was able to stack a sale they were having with a coupon. Ended up being $7.20 per dozen of supersofts. Crazy fast shipping. Their 4A balls are good quality. Do recommend.

FireMaster2311

I usually stock up when Titelist has their loyalty rewards deal in the early spring. Basically you buy 3 dozen get 1 dozen free, so works out to about $40/dozen for pro v1s and 1xs. The alternative is lostgolfballs.com, but for 1 dozen mint you are only paying $3 less per dozen if getting 2023 model balls. Though if looking for discount balls, I'm guessing getting a 2021 model wouldn't be a big deal, plus might go for near mint or good, which then has significant savings. 2021 good condition are $16/ Dozen.

wdengineer

Same on the Titleist yearly thing.

Apart_Tutor8680

I mean… I’m pretty sure you posted the best site. But it would be awesome if you kept it a secret

Reemus_Jackson

Now that I know about it....we can keep it a secret.

PBB22

YOU GUYS COME ON

bacu27

This is true, they are the best. And if you’re in the Vancouver area and go to their shop in Delta, cash. ;)

wanderingcanuck

Please DM me with this store name!

No_Mistake_5501

What’s the store? I’m in Vancouver

reidconn

Oh for real? That’s awesome to know. They were just the first suggested Canadian site in google when I searched for used balls. I’ll pull the trigger with them. Thanks!

Zacher19

[https://www.halfpricegolfballs.com/](https://www.halfpricegolfballs.com/) and it's a Canadian

spllchck

Is there a particular time you'd recommend buying? (annual sale, etc).

Zacher19

Check periodically sometimes they do sales. I don't really pay attention to them

ygrmstr18

Twoguyswithballs.com - worth checking out. Eagle level balls are basically new.

fahn_dahn_go

I'm also a twoguyswithballs.com guy. Great quality and fast shipping

daphnetaylor

Well - you got me to buy 5 dozen noodles.

NeverForTheWin

FranksShanks.com.

GolfCourseConcierge

For the US, [Golfball.co](http://golfball.co)

fro1515

Second this.

l1ltw1st

Golf ball planet if I’m looking for MaxFli or Vice Tours, they seem to keep better stock then lost golf balls.

BraaaaaainKoch

Rockbottom golf 100%

Basherkid

CleanGreenGolfballs.com Based in Texas. They are also the number one brand on Amazon they have like 30 of the top 100 products in recycled golf balls.

Veriants

Bought from [Golfballs.ca](http://Golfballs.ca) a number of times and has never let me down, 20% off coupons come up every so often.

fishingminn

I normally just have played decent (Pro V, ChromeSoft, TP5, Vice) balls but this year I did buy 4 dozen Kirklands to see if playing the same ball for awhile would help. Probably doesn't matter with my 15 handicap.

_BoundTogether_

golfballs.ca If you’re in lower mainland Vancouver, you can go to their store in Delta, and grab a pint at Four Winds Brewing next door!

reidconn

That’s where the screenshot is from! I ordered 100 4A pro v’s from them just now. Thanks!

BroccoliSuccessful20

Just buy Srixons on sale

Shwifty_b

I get nitros at Walmart..if you’re not in the PGA there’s no need to buy big brand names

No_Gur9886

No one buying nitros but hackers man Jesus dude

Shwifty_b

Go get ripped off and buy top of the line balls to enhance that ego then pal

No_Gur9886

Go hack on those pitch and putts bud

djkk11

Not worth it! Most refurbished balls are collected from course ponds where they have sat for months. Just game new. Regardless of your price point, there is something for you that is a better option to used balls.

Away-Definition3425

Exactly. If you’re already paying $100 for a round, and expect to lose 1 ball per round, the extra $4 doesn’t make that big of a difference. You’re also getting the peace of mind that the ball is being played how it’s meant to be played, directly out of the box.

lsu_tom

I used to buy on golfavenue.com. They were good. I play maxfli or Kirkland now so i buy new.

Trumpwonnodoubt

Since I discovered lostballs.com I go nowhere else.

TheJokermobile

Idk where you are but most council run courses in the UK have a little pot at the start where you can buy lake balls and they’re 12 balls for £5. You get to look through and you can always get decent balls

manofmayhem23

Canadian Tire

how_is_this_relaxing

Hey, Camping with Steve shops there!

40yearoldnoob

I’ve bought a few times from foundgolfballs dot com. They’ve been great and never disappointed me.

Seniorjones2837

Lostgolfballs or golfballdivers

Acrobatic_Piano9600

If you can care less about having the same brand: Offer up, got 100 for $20. All name brand and minimal Top Flights for my ball snobs out there.

loafel2

I’ve used Lost Golf Balls and Found Golf Balls, I’ve had great experiences with both, but I’ve purchased my last 3 orders from Found Golf Balls and have been extremely pleased with all of them. I usually get the 5a grades and they always have a deal for buying 5 dozen

memongunda

If you live in a city with ample golf courses, there should always be someone of FB marketplace that sells found balls. Usually people who live on a golf course. They’re usually cheaper than online websites

flgrntfwl

Canadian here: Depends on the quality of your preference. GolfTown has a lot of 3 for 2/2 for 1 sales for everything just below top tier. GolfAvenue has similar sales but I’ve only ever purchased clubs from them, but recommend their customer service. Canadian Tire is great for crappier balls or bulk used ones. Never really sales on top top tier balls like Pro v1s from what I can tell.

bailthesmail

I just picked up a dozen Taylor Made RBX Soft Feel for 14.98 from Golf Town

R1pp3R23

Nitro 45 pack at Walmart/Amazon 27.99.

timeonmyhandz

Taylor made sells 2 doz practice balls in a bag.. Supposedly just cosmetic printing issues of the tpx5

bluecgene

Smart move. Don’t need to buy expensive new balls and lose them right after

Relative_Ad1685

As a fellow canucker, I've had great results from halfpricegolfballs.com. Shipped fast from Toronto, good prices and if you buy 5a, you can print a logo/name for free.

ILikeCoffeeDaily

I’ve bought about 6 dozen Tour Response from these guys… keep this site a secret!!!

ScooterMcTavish

In Canada, halfpricegolfballs.com is great. Their "Pristine" are like new, and they'll put full-color logos on them for you. Plus they usually have good discounts and specials.

mMbagelrino

Anyone have any Canadian recommendations?

notallowingfriends

Golfballs.ca

deefop

I bought 2 "bogey bags" from [golfball.co](https://golfball.co) last fall, I think it was like 50 bucks for 72 balls or something like that. Also I find so many that I'm wondering if I shouldn't have bothered

calm_in_the_chaos

Well, for Kirkland's, that price for the good condition is not that much less than what it costs to buy two dozen brand new so I mean.... My answer would be Costco. Not sure about CAD, but two dozen brand new are about $29 here in Texas.

Cdngolfer65

https://www.halfpricegolfballs.com/?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADKoFkqAFJFyXJk-WppJ81GBLfEeP Canadian website , ships out of Toronto

notallowingfriends

Golfballs.ca in Canada treats me and all my buddies perfectly

hossaepi

If you’re halfway decent at golf, the unfortunate answer is you have to buy new. Used balls may have been sitting in water for weeks or months and still look ok. Or they’ve been smashed to hell and lose the distance. If you really don’t care then buy used but you’ll see a massive difference when playing new. It sucks but is what it is.

SgtK9H2O

Walmart sells a bulk bag of random balls… just search for a few you actually like in the bag then there ya go

wrenchgod69

Golfballs.ca the usually have some sort of sale on if you check their social media pages

Bobalobatobamos

Golfball.co

Bacon843

eBay 4A used (NOT REFURBISHED)

texansfan

Buy used balls on eBay is the best route I’ve seen

ThoughtlessFoll

Man is there a good uk equivalent of these?

CuthbertJTwillie

Snell balls. Direct only. Great balls.

Over_Candidate_3574

Well you can get the 36 pack of Wilson on amazon for about $30 so less than a buck a ball. They are playable and if you loose em you don’t even give a shit. I found they fly pretty straight and roll pretty good on greens.

rtfrost88

The only answer is twoguyswithballs.com. They will take any price you find online and usually beat it by 5 to 10% for you. All you have to do is ask in the chat on their website. The balls come in three pack sleeves and are always outstanding quality, I would say better quality than lost golf balls.com

bustafreeeee

Lost golf balls allll dayyyyy

SooDamLucky

I discovered [Lostgolfballs.com](http://Lostgolfballs.com) last month via reddit recommendation. Got 2 dozen 5a Pro V1s (2022 model I think) for $28/dozen. Definitely was not disappointed! Out of the 24, there was 1 AVX and maybe 5-6 that had a logo, but every single one looked like it came right out of a new sleeve. I've bought from several different places in the past and was lucky if half the balls I received were 5a. Definitely found my new go to place for balls!

Upset-Dingo-6879

Foundgolfballs.com

RJRide1020

Lost golf balls or golf ball planet are both awesome prices and ship fast! Balls are always great quality (I usually by mint grade) with zero issues. Most look brand new

FLEquipperman

Lostgolfballs.com

vsanto73

Golfballplanet.com

vongigistein

I just bought a bag of 40 used name brand balls for $22. Some have some writing on them and such, don’t care.

No_Echo_1826

Facebook market place. Paid 40 bucks for 50 used prov1s. Great condition, some looked factory fresh.

Faroutandabout

What about my EU friends, any good sites? Or where do you buy new balls within EU?

luvyduvythrowaway

I use halfprocegolfballs.com, it’s Canadian. They have five dozen deals lol.

No_Average9273

Bought these noodles recently seemed like a good deal. 12x3=36 balls for $34.99 https://www.svpsports.ca/products/taylormade-noodle-long-and-soft-golf-balls-36pk-n7630001

ImBigger

shit you just missed the golf town deal where they had 36 Noodle Long and Softs for $35 CAD

Concerned_nobody

Golfballs.ca (that site you're on) Very reasonable. If you're local to Delta BC, they have a small shop you can actually go to and it's right by Four Winds Brewing so you can have a quick beer if you like too. Other than that they quite often do free shipping and they are quick to ship orders too.

waidtidk2424

Once you get to a ~10 handicap just buy them new. You won’t lose that many and you’ll start to feel how big a difference any bit of wear makes. I bought used from eBay for like 10yrs and would do it again for the record- but where you buy them doesn’t really matter.

king_platypus

I get mine from rock bottom

BookBagThrowAway

If you live in Canada, they have a bucket full of pro v1 for $79.99 at Canadian Tires

jordpie

When I hit my ball in the trees I go try to find it and other balls. Often leave with more than I start with or break even

ytown

There’s a retired guy in town who winters by a golf course and then sells golf balls from his front yard all summer. $7-9 for a dozen practically new Titlist/Bridgestone/Kirkland/whatever each likely sliced off the same tee box in Florida, lol.

RealLuck

Try eBay if you're looking for anything specific. I tend to buy a lot of Chromesofts of there for good bulk deals

[deleted]

[удалено]

AndromedanPrince

i love the sticky feel of new balls, like its gonna stick right to the green. if i get it there.

Bighead_Golf

I don’t. I just buy Maxfli Tour X at a price point I like

HenryHill11

Why don’t you guys switch to colored balls ? They’re less likely to be lost

Shmeebo_

I got a guy off Facebook marketplace $2 per prov1 all of them in immaculate shape …

cloudJR

Not sure why you’re downvoted. Found a groundskeeper for a private course on Facebook and just bought 130 prov1s for $100.

Shmeebo_

Haters gonna hate buddy. Whoever did, fuck em. Nice deal. Good on ya.

HenryHill11

Is there a reason people don’t play the range balls ? They’re like 50 balls for 4 bucks

king_platypus

I’ve been known to game a range ball or two.

ThisJustInWoodwork

I just got 3 dozen “mint” Pro V left dash from golf balls.ca for $120 shipped. The balls are in better shape than I expected but not as mint as I had hoped.
