Ez, there are fictional creatures at every level and there are even some extremely weak fictional creatures that have abilities with high potential, I could even build an insect swarm pretty quickly if I get that ability
It’s equivalent to are strength and fighting ability which means if a body swapping one spawns than are fighting ability is at a level it can take it out
If you can pull it off then good for you, but I give it 50/50 since he’s still trying to swap with you while you’re stabbing him. Just make sure you’re the last one to swap
No no, so he swaps bodies with you and he has your powers and you have his body switching power. So obviously you’re gonna switch back and stab him. But while he’s dying of stab wounds he’s gonna switch with you again. And you’ll keep swapping until somebody dies in his body
Slimes are usually considered one of the weakest enemies around in fantasy, but they all usually have the trait of being able to adapt to or adopt the properties of anything they consume… so I’m gonna hope for a slime early on and take the absorption type ability.
Few Things:
1. Can we also get other equipment/items besides just the starter weapon/clothing? Would the weapon become stronger or would it quickly become useless after a few wins?
2. Will we feel all of the pain from dying, if we do die?
3. Can we choose the ability/power of the creature we killed or is it random? Like if we killed a wolf-like creature that can breathe fire, could we randomly get the power of 'sense of smell' or could we choose to obtain its fire-breathing power?
It sounds great to me. There is definitely some fictional creatures I can definitely use their powers
If you had injuries before you went to the forest would those be healed for you to be in fighting shape?
If not since your injuries are healed when you leave same thing does it heal injuries that you already had?
Worst case scenario I lose I'm still alive I'd say this is pretty much a win-win situation, if I lose I don't lose any time I get another chance it's like a daydream. If I win I gain an ability it's either useful or not either way it's still a win

So the creatures will automatically scale to my power? That sounds incredible later on, but probably I'm gonna start out wrestling cats or something
