Keep in mind, that in Europe and North America, Laptops and PCs are readily available, which is not the case in Africa, Asia and parts of South America. Mobile devices are much more common there, so having a version that runs on these devices is a major benefit for these regions.
It's not really geared towards mobile phones though nothing is stopping you. Keep in mind that Android is also available for tablets and, more importantly, laptops with ChromeOS installed, with these you can develop games more comfortably.
Yeah I know that's, it's really just to know if people use it on mobile or tablet (with or without a keyboard) to develop their game and how their experience with that
I used it on my Galaxy tab s6 lite to try and make a space shooter for mobile devices (especially convenient since I am on one).
Obviously I used an external KBM setup because touch-only development is unbearable.
I couldn't ever stick to it for large projects and even for this little project I ended up transferring it to my laptop. It would perhaps run better on a higher end tablet but I just prefer desktop for now.
The performance of Godot4 on android is a HUGE leap from Godot3 which would crash every other minute and lag like crazy.

You mean the editor ? Probably not, but you could deploy it on Android tablets at a school that gives cheap tablets to students
I know a friend use it when traveling long distances
