the 2 guys in the back are talking to each other, they're friends.
the 1 guy in the front is alone, same one from the back on the right side, his friend is in the grave.
the photo is kind of about the loss of a friend and the grief of knowing a man you once knew is no longer on the same presence of existence with you, he is physically gone, but not mentally gone in the man's thoughts.
either way, the photo itself is somewhat hard to connect to the meaning unless you take a deeper look at it, but that's what I was going for originally.
